I had requested that Skyline come out and empty my overflowing septic tank and to install a new drain line for the tank. I was originally told the tech Timothy would be out here around noon, I waited and waited about 2:00 I decided to call teh company as no one has bother calling me, turns out there was a bigger emergency than my backup problem! The lady at teh office was very nice and was apologetic and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. Once again, I waited and waited, I then called them back yet again after he was another two hours late and was promised that I was the next stop, hours go by and around 5:30, which was about four and half hours late the tech finally shows up. No apologies, nothing, just rude as if he did not even wanna be there in the first place. Do yourself a favor and just look somewhere else, this company was bought out by a larger company that no longer cares to give even decent service, this company and Hamby Septic were both bought out by big corporations that do not care about their customers at all. I am glad it happened though because I was able to find a company that came out quick and did the job at half the price!

Called and they were there within the hour and got right to work! Less than an hour later we were fixed and ready to go! Super friendly and professional.

Our septic system was blocking up. I've used Skyline before, so they were first on the list. They identified the problem and were finished within an hour.

They were priced Fair, and they were extremely careful in how they worked. They did as little damage as possible to the yard. They were very good at communication, they were polite and very professional.

These guys called before they came, and were here at the time scheduled. They were very polite, worked fast, and even educated me on the system and went over the condition of the system with me prior to them leaving. And the cost was more competitive than any other I priced, and cheaper than what my neighbors have paid with other companies.

Skyline showed up promptly and was able to get our backed up septic system drained and working again. They mentioned our drain field was saturated and possibly needs to be replaced. We will see how everything goes.

From start to finish this was a GREAT experience. As a woman, and since we were not having issues with our tank I was nervous about having someone come out. I called at least 7 other septic companies and even went to the environmental health department office for help. Skyline not only offered the most affordable price but had the best customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to reassure me and to answer all of my questions even when at first I was only looking for an inspection. I ended up calling back the following day to schedule our inspection and pumping and the same lady answered the phone. Again she was very nice and reassuring and even offered to help me get my letter the same day if possible. She said that the guys could come out within a couple of hours and that I did not even have to be home and was able to pay over the phone. By the time I got home there were 2 gentleman in my backyard already looking for our septic tank. Again, as a woman who was home alone this could be a nervous situation but these were the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast efficient, and a joy to have at the house. They answered all of my (and my 4 year old sons) questions with a smile and told us everything we ever wanted to know about the septic system. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again!

Called skyline plumbing to drain septic tank drained at a cost of 309.00 dollars. I was told I needed 100 additional feet of field line to handle the overflow of waste, and bring the system up to code. When they came out to do the work, they discovered that the field line had collapsed. Had to have new drain field installed at a cost of 3000.00 dollars.

I don't know where to start. When I called, the lady was extremely nice and helpful. She asked me more questions then expected to make sure they could help. I have to say this is great. I can't count how many times I have called somewhere and someone comes out to tell me they can't fix it or do what we are needing. The ETA was 2 hours. The 2 technicians came out within a hour. After they replaced the pump in, made sure that everything works, and then explained everything and gave us the warranty information. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They even did not say anything about my messing basement. LOL! Seriously, I am glad that I called them and will be recommending them to people that i know.

They came out to the house and were able to determine that the filter was clogged in the second stage of the septic tank preventing the water from flowing to the drain field. They pumped the tank, cleaned the filter and were on their way. This is the second time I've used them and they are always hones, courteous, reliable and reasonable in price.

I call them and they are here within two hours. I can call them anytime, even on a weekend, and they are here within two hours. I use them because I can get a same day appraisal and they look at what's going on, they tell me what's going on and they fix it. If there is something that is going on and they say I can fix this now but it may or may not take, they are upfront and tell me about that. I mean, they seem to be very honest. They are very dependable. They don't give you a time frame of when they are coming but they'll give you a call before they get there. I called them on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago, right around the 4th of July weekend, because my hot water heater went out. They came out, within two hours, they got the hot water heater running. Well, actually the hot water heater itself died.

It turned out fine. Right after I received the referral, I called. Probably it was withing 24 hours of that when they came out and that was a good service. Pricing wasn't very much, it was very reasonable. We like the service a tremendous amount because they came within a couple of hours. I think that it took maybe about 30 minutes. They were able to fix both of them. The horrible sound that was coming from one of the commodes, that stopped altogether. I think that there was some kind of stoppage with the other commode and that worked out okay. My husband always takes care of most of these things. One of the things that we really appreciated was the fact that they came out very quickly. It wasn't like, we can see you in two days or we can see you some time tomorrow or whatever. I believe that came within several hours. It took maybe 45 minutes to an hour at the most for them to fix both problems. Just one person came out. He was very personable and very polite.

They arrived on time and did a good job. Unlike a previous company we used, there were no unexpected charges. We were very pleased and will use them again.

AMAZING!!! located it in no time! Took only 20 mins. Didn't up sell me. Very fast and efficient!

Identified that the float switch on my sewage pump was not functioning properly (sticking). Was able to get the float switch to work without replacing the switch. Technicians were courteous and explained each step they took to remedy the problem.

Showed up on time, performed work professionally, did not try to sell other services, cleaned up.

They were excellent and we are thinking of calling them again. They fixed the toilet and did a good job. They were very prompt and courteous.

Based on our described problem the phone representative stated there would likely be one of two problems. One would be more costly (requiring repair or replacement of drain lines) or a simple clog to clear and that the level of the fluid in the tank would provide clear indication to their servicemen and us. I felt more comfortable based on that conversation as i understood that both I and their servicemen could make a clear assessment once the tank lid was opened. The servicemen were careful with our fence and landscape as they opened the tank and quickly discovered a clog to clear then finished by returning the area to its best possible prior state. We believe their price of opening the tank and clearing the clog was very reasonable. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

They had a spare on the truck and went to get it to make the repair. I had only requested a quote and had to ask them how much it would cost as they were walking back to the truck. When they were done, about 15 minutes later, I mentioned the Angie's List coupon/discount. They said that they had not quoted the 'real' price and had given me a good price. The intent was no coupon. They tried again to offer to charge me more then discount that. Really? They finally changed the price to reflect the discount. Why offer a discount/coupon if you're going to allow it only when you charge a higher price. The work was good and they were on time and friendly and professional otherwise. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Skyline with water leaking all over the floor from my hot water heater. They gave me the estimated price on the phone, and that is exactly what they ended up charging. They got right out, assessed the situation, and replaced my hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and very nice people. I will definitely be calling them again!

Of those I called from Angie's list Skyline was able to do the work on day and time i wanted. I piad a higher cost to for them come from Hiram to Acworth in Cherokee county. All went well. They shared plenty of usefull information.Pump truck small amount of dropped oil on driveway. Price was reduced for that by $10. Overall happy with the service.

Needed septic tank service because of a plumbing backup. They came out, manually uncovered the septic tank, fixed the clog and drained the tank. Took only about 45 min.
