They were not very good and were not very reliable. They had to come back out 3 times for the same problem.

I was satisfied with their service. They were timely, polite, and got the job done. I would use them again.

First the septic...I give these guys and A++++++! They were on time, polite, did a fabulous job, and the price was right. However, the plumbing/estimate side was different. First, the plumber, Lindsey was very late. I called the office and they said there was a mix-up on who was coming out to our home. An hour after that, he showed up. I did not have a good feel from him. He stated it would take 3 days because they were short-handed, and that he would do it himself. He could not give us an estimate on-site because he had to run it by the boss. He came out on Tuesday, and it is Thursday and I have yet to hear from him and do not have an estimate in hand. My husband also stated that he felt Lindsey would stand around talking for 2 of the 3 days instead of working. I would give the plumbing side of the house and F. So overall, I would use and highly recommend the septic side of Skyline, but not the plumbing side. I have now contracted with another company to do the work, so Skyline lost out on a big job.

This process was over a couple month time frame. It all began with a septic tank pump just before Christmas. When the problem came back a couple weeks later I decided to pump the tank an additional time with hopes it would allow the field line time to dry out and avoid installing the extra 100'. Unforunately this wasn't the case and the field line needed to be installed. From the first phone call to the last, Debbie in the office was extremely nice and helpful. Chris, the owner, was kind enough to speak over the phone and helped answer all my questions. When the day came for the install, Glen and his crew were great! They did a thorough and professional job. Great company and great people. Highly recommended!!

Friendly scheduling, reasonable pricing ($25 off Angie's List coupon a bonus) and prompt service. The two young guys that came out to pump our tank called ahead as requested, arrived as promised, listened to our concerns and got right to work. They inspected all aspects of our tank and pumping system and cleaned the filter, which was clogged and creating the problem that we were having. We didn't even know that we had a filter as the last company that we used neglected to even open that hatch and pump that segment of our tank. We were very pleased with the work performed, and the guys were hard working and friendly. We will use Skyline again and would definately recommend.

They were able to get to our tenants more quickly than anyone else we called. Debbie in their office is fantastic, an example of the best in customer service, and Skyline is lucky to have her as a front-line representative. They arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes, then called me with a very reasonable estimate. After I authorized the work, they got the tenants up and running very quickly, even though it was necessary to remove a piece of flooring to get to the ruptured section of pipe under the porch. This was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber, and we will call Skyline in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

We've used Skyline exclusively since they did their first job for us seven years ago. They've done everything from unstopping a toilet to digging down 8ft or so to replace a bad sewage line. They're courteous, prompt, flexible, quick, professional, reasonable on cost (based on what we hear of other plumbers from our friends) and they stand behind their work. We've never had a problem with anything they've done and would recommend them without hesitation.

Skyline plumbing was prompt and professional from the time I first called them until the service was complete. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days that fit my schedule and they were punctual, quick, and considerate.

Very easy, the rep was very kind and knew exactly what to do so the process went smoothly. It only took maybe 2 hours to complete so it did not interfere with my day. I will definitely use them again on future projects which we've discussed already. I'm glad I signed up because I did not know where to turn.

I was really impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the crew that came to give me an estimate on the repair. My water bill has doubled in the last few months, and they came to diagnose the problem. They checked the toilets to see if any were running, and there were, but they determined that wasn't the entire problem. They also noticed my water pressure was pretty high, so they adjusted the pressure valve to bring that down to a reasonable number. That, as it turns out, fixed my running toilet problem. Unfortunately, I did still need to have my water line replaced from the street. After reading horror stories on how expensive this kind of work can be, I was prepared for the worst. I apparently called the right company. While $1,050 isn't a small amount of money, I felt it was a reasonable price for the work involved. They initially came out on Monday to provide the estimate, and returned on Wednesday to perform the work after the utilities had marked where the power/phone/cable lines were. They only took a few hours to complete the line replacement, and took care to minimize the damage to my landscaping in the process. I would definitely recommend Skyline to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

I used them and I still have some plumbing work that I need done. I liked them. They showed up when they said they were going to and they did a good job. I do think that I will probably use them in the future.

Lee and his crew came out originally on the Friday before and found that my septic tank was buried deeper than normal and would require the tractor which was out on another job. Lee volunteered to reschedule my appointment for Monday morning. As promised he called while in route on Monday morning to let me know they would be there in 30 minutes. I had had suggestions from several friends about installing a cap so the yard wouldn't need to be dug up again and I asked Lee about this. He quoted a price for the riser and cap and told me it would take a little extra time to send the crew to retrieve the cap and gave me a revised arrival time. Lee and his crew showed up on time and quickly and carefully excavated the existing cap on the septic tank, drained the tank, and installed the new cap and riser in less than an hour so that it is flush with the dirt and easy to access for next time. The final bill was exactly as quoted and I will definitely be using Skyline again for my future septic needs.

After reading Angie's List reviews for Skyline and exploring their web site, I emailed them for a quote on pumping my tank. They promptly replied with detailed quotes based on different tank sizes, etc. and taking into account the Angie's List coupon. I had also asked them for a quote on adding bacteria to the tank, and they explained that they don't add bacteria. They advised me that products like Rid-X are as effective as the more expensive added bacteria that most septic companies push. I was impressed that they didn't try to make more money by adding bacteria. In my initial email to them, I had given them directions to my location to verify that they service my area. This is because my address is very misleading, implying that I am located several miles south of my true location. Based on their service area map on Angie's List, I could see that I was in their area, and they agreed in their email reply. When I called them to schedule a service call, they asked for my address, and the lady immediately stated that I was not in their service area. As this is a common misunderstanding, I explained that the directions in my email indicated my true location, etc. She stated that she would talk to the owner, and that she would call me back to let me know if they could service my location or not. A few minutes later, she called back, stating that the owner had confirmed I am within their service area, so they could come out first thing in the morning. They arrived the next morning a few minutes early, which was fine. They quickly located my tank and began the pumping. My wife asked them about installing a riser lid, so the tank could be pumped in the future without digging. She was quoted a price of $425 for this, and we decided against having it installed. When she informed the tech of our decision, he indicated that he would have done the same thing in our situation. He explained that, in his opinion, they are more cost effective when the tank is buried deeper requiring more digging when it is pumped. Again, I was impressed with their honesty and integrity. When they were finished pumping, they filled the hole back in neatly. They had spilled a little sewage on my driveway, but they took the time to thoroughly clean it up without being asked to. The charge for the service was exactly what I had been quoted, with no additional charges being added while they were there as so many other septic companies will do. My wife found them to be very efficient and professional. We were both vey pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Septic tank at our offices overflowed this morning. Called 14 separate companies and no one could get to it until the middle of next week. Clearly I cannot operate my business with standing septic water outside and no use of water inside. Skyline came out the same day, on a Friday afternoon, within 30 minutes of my call. AND the price was $100 less than anyone else had quoted. These guys were great and I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Have used them twice. Both times were prompt and professional. On the second job a problem was identified with the Septic Tank System and they brought it to my attention immediately and suggested a cost effective and reasonable solution and solved the problem. I will use them again and refer them. They are a reputable company and not looking to make a 'quick buck' from unnecessary work, and quote failry when a problem is encountered.

Very prompt in returning calls and getting service scheduled for our Septic inspection. They showed up on time based on the scheduled appointment and were finished inspecting and pumping our septic tank. All of the services were completed very quickly and they were gone in an hour of showing up. They also gave very good recommendations for keeping the septic system clean and working optimally. I told the two gentlemen that came to empty the septic tank that I knew I had two tanks (one that was new and not in use yet). They told me the new one was the one being used and did not need to be emptied. They walked around my basement and said all lines were going to the new tank. The plumber they sent was prompt and found the problem quickly. He proceeded to tell me I needed to see what was blocking the plumbing and show me the feminine products he removed and tell me his "record" was over a dozen. Being that I told him I just moved into the home, I thought it crude he felt the need to show me the previous owners used products. After their visit I called another septic/plumbing company that sent someone out to check the septic tank. He was very professional and called the county to find out where my old tank was located. He verified after walking through the house that everything was indeed still going to the old tank that was on the opposite side of the house from the new one. Within half an hour it was found and opened. He emptied it and noted a repair that needed to be done or it would be backing up into my basement VERY soon. Glad I called the other company.

The first quote from a different plumber was ridiculously high and overly complicated. Skyline was very prompt, professional, and had very reasonable prices. Great guys, and the receptionist was also friendly to deal with. They will be our plumbers from now on.

Arrived on time. Explained procedure. Located tank quickly. Completed job satisfactorily and on schedule.
