Description of Work: They came out and did a repair on tenant's fridge right away so service was great. However, All Area never sent an invoice for our records. Waited a month and called and was told they couldn't find anything under my name or for that address so don't have any taxable information regarding service completed. I would recommend them, but get an invoice right away before they forget who you are.

Description of Work: Company does not answer call w/ a live person nor is there even a menu--Only a LEAVE YOU PH # and we'll get back to you yah yah yah. I do not leave messages; that's a way to get jerked around and require ME to wait for THEM. It's my own standard that phone calls are answered in real time by a live person OR that a user-friendly menu provideed that leads directly to a real person. this service company has lost my business.

Description of Work: We have a fridge in the basement that seemed to go off occasionally. We called All Area to take a look. They came within 24 hours. The tech was courteous and competent. He took one look and concluded that because the fridge stops working once the temperature in the un-vented basement reaches 37F. He charged the minimum fee and left in 10 minutes. We usually don't leave reviews but felt strongly about this one. He could have easily made something up and charged us $150 but he was honest. We appreciated that a lot.

Description of Work: Excellent response time. Our refrigerator was not cooling & all the items in our freezer had defrosted. They were called around 8:40 am, we were given a 2 hour window from 10am-noon & the technician arrived within that time frame. He replaced a heater board; part was on hand in his truck. We have used their services previously & we were again pleased.
