+ -1 moreDana showed up promptly on the day scheduled for a quote. He provided a written quote, and provided an option for the openers; purchase directly from him, or order our own and he would install the openers for a reasonable fee. We had only gotten one other quote, and he was right in line with the other. But I chose the Fayette Garage Door Company based on the professionalism and honesty that I received from Dana. I never got the impression that he was trying to up-sell me, quite the contrary, he suggested that I order the openers myself, since I as a consumer could order the same opener as he, only there were additional items that came with the consumer packaging at about the same price point. On the day of the install, he showed up on time, even calling about 10-15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. He worked nearly all day, and when he was done, he was thorough in his explanation of the features of the openers. We were so pleased, that we scheduled a repair at my MIL's house. He determined that the opener could not be repaired, so he didn't charge for the service! We ordered a new opener for her house, and Dana installed that one as well, with the same great service and professionalism! Thanks, Dana!
