I called Grayson Plumbing LLC because our garbage disposal had stopped working. I spoke with Jerry and asked him if someone could come out and take a look. I expected that we'd have to have it replaced. He asked me a few questions, and told me that most likely something was just stuck in it that needed to be dislodged. He explained step by step what I should do to dislodge anything that was stuck. He said if what he explained didn't correct the problem, then he'd be happy to come out and take a look. The steps he told me to take were safe (they did NOT involve me sticking my hand in the disposal). It was information that any owner of a garbage disposal can know (how to press the reset button, how to manually turn the disposal from the bottom with a disposal key or allen wrench to dislodge material that is stuck, and how to flush the disposal with a full sink of water). I followed his steps (I think I called three times during the process and he was totally friendly each time), and the disposal was fixed! It was what he thought - something had just gotten stuck that needed to be dislodged. I asked him if I could pay him for his time and he said and quot;no charge.and quot; I will DEFINATELY use him for any plumbing needs I have in the future. And I will recommend him to friends. He is ABSOLUTELY HONEST. And he is MORE than fair! He made my day!

Tech came in located broken pipe. He repaired it quickly. He kept me informed as to what he was doing to fix the issue

It went really well, they were very nice and professional. We received a quote from another plumbing company and their quote was 1500, which seemed to be a rip off.

The current gas heaters were 10 years hold and needed replacement. I called Jerry and he came over to review the job. He came within a few days and removed the hold heaters and piped in the new heaters in teh space of about 3 hours. His work was neat and he left the work area clean and tidy. I ahve since used Jerry for 2 more plumbing jobs.

Very honest, does not try to do work that is not needed. Price included a new MOEN kitchen faucet since I did not have the time to get one myself. I thought my shower head needed replacement but after checking it out he said it was fine and didn't charge me. Also did some work on the toilet and offered suggestions for replacing it in the future since it's 38 yrs old.
