Jerry picked me up at 3:20 in the morning from my house I met him on a homosexual site called Adam4Adam the short story he is we went to his house we smoked and shot up methamphetamines he put on animal p*** he gave me GHB the date rape drug he made us two shots of methamphetamines I done one he tried to do one but he couldn't find a vein activates me and I passed out and all the rest of my stay tonight is that this guy was smoking meth and been up for over a day when you drop me off in the morning cuz he had to go to somebody's house this is not a guy I was trust in my house for one it's not a guy with us with any of my family I wouldn't even trust this guy with my pet cuz he has a drug addict or for days at a time has random hook up *** with multiple guys in a day and has multiple people in and out of his house doing kinky homosexual activities all this can be verified on the website that I met him on the homosexual site Adam for Adam

Communication was not very reliable. Price was way over priced for the job he did. The water lines were already there. They cut the soaker tub into pieces without asking. I told them I was going to sell that and he said no one would buy it. RUDE!! Not his choice. He never asked just cut it up in pieces. Water lines were there he just had to hook them to the water source for the washer, change the drain line (already there from tub) he did not clean up after himself, he left water lines and trash laying around, did not put the insulation back in floor where he took it out, complained about hooking up the washer to see if everything work. I felt he was very rude, unprofessional and would not hire him again. All lines were already ran he just had to move them over and even said oh this wasn't near as bad as I thought. Floor below the bathroom was open and exposed so very easy maneuvering. Did not leave things better than he found them.

I first used Grayson Plumbing to replace a water heater. It went ok - after I called to setup the work, he told me to text him to remind him the following week. I did, and he showed up and did the work. Two months later via email we discussed him replacing 2 toilets. He said he would be out at 9am on a Tuesday. The Friday before he emailed asking if I had the toilets or if he needed to bring them. I responded that he needed to bring them. On Tuesday at 10:30 when he still hadn't arrived, I texted and asked if he was coming. He again asked if I had the toilets, I said no, he should bring them. He said he couldn't do it that day. So I said I would get them and tell him when I had them. But I decided if he can't manage to run his business by putting appointments on a calendar and having the parts required, he didn't need my business.

Before the change my house water pressure was 110 pounds .... way too much. After the pressure was the normal 60 pounds. Job well done and quickly. I would call them in the future for plumbing needs.

What an awesome company. We had a slight leak coming down to the first floor from the upstairs toilet so we thought it would have been something serious. So we called Grayson Plumbing. Jerry walked me through a few things to check and realized that it might have just been an overflow. So we will just monitor for now. I am very grateful he took the time to walk me through how to check the issue myself vs charging an unreasonable fee for something that was a simple issue. Will definitely reach out for future jobs.

Amazing experience with Grayson Plumbing! We got new flooring installed and needed to replace a toilet and a pedestal sink; fairly routine. However, when we closed the water supply lines in order to remove the old items, the water kept dripping, which caused us to have to close the water supply to the whole house until we could figure out what to do. This was on a Saturday and we had scheduled an appointment with Jerry for Tuesday to install our items. Too many days without water! There was no way we could do that. We contacted Jerry and he was on it. He came as soon as he could on Sunday, got the problem fixed, and we were able to get our water back on. Imagine our surprise when he offered to go ahead and install the toilet and the pedestal sink (which was more complicated than we thought) while he was there! On a Sunday and after a last minute call! Customer service like this is extremely hard to find and, when you find someone like Jerry, with many years of experience, lots of glowing reviews and a strong work ethic, you become a customer for life. Thanks to Jerry and to Grayson Plumbing for an amazing experience. We will definitely contact them for our future plumbing needs and won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

I came home late in the afternoon the Sunday before Labor Day and saw water leaking all over my garage. Called Jerry and he came by at 6pm. Jerry worked till 10pm that night to try and find the location of the leak. He had to locally break concrete around the pipe because the line is buried under the slab. He came back on Labor day and worked for another couple of hours to find and repair the leak! We were so happy to have water again, and our family is grateful for his professionalism and dedication. We highly recommend Jerry!

I can't speak to the quality of Jerry's work, which is probably quite good judging by the other reviews here. But I can speak to his communication and professionalism, and with that I had a very poor experience. I claimed a deal for a water heater replacement, which automatically sent Jerry a message. He replied pretty quickly that there would be an additional charge since our water heater is in the attic--fine, no problem. I then asked Jerry via message whether he had any experience upgrading from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon heater in an attic, specifically, and whether the additional weight would be an issue. He responded that he has been plumbing for 36 years. Great, but it did not answer my question. I acknowledged his experience and the great reviews on Angie's List and explained again that we still wanted to know whether upgrading to a bigger tank would be an issue or whether we shouldn't worry about it. This was all in the same day. I got no response until four days later, with another message ignoring my question and asking me to call if I wanted to schedule the job. In the meantime, we had gotten a couple of estimates from larger companies and found that they were charging $300-$400 more than this deal would cost us, so given that large difference we were willing to overlook the communication issues. I gave Jerry a call. When he heard where we were located, which was within the service area map for Grayson Plumbing, he seemed unhappy about the distance and said he'd need to find someone to help him because of the heater's location. He would normally take his son but couldn't due to the distance from his home. That's fine and understandable, but not really my problem as a customer. Still, we agreed to a Friday a couple of weeks on when I could work from home. Jerry asked me to take photos of the existing heater and text them to him. The Monday before the scheduled installation, I texted Jerry the photos. I didn't hear anything back. On Wednesday I called and left a voicemail. I didn't hear back. On Thursday I received a text message that said Jerry was going to have to postpone the installation the following day for the next Friday. I couldn't be home the following Friday and had had enough of what I felt was pretty rude and unprofessional communication, so I replied that next Friday didn't work for us and we were going to continue looking; thanks for your time. The response I got? "Awesome". So in summary, Jerry might very well be a great plumber. I would have been happy to find out, but clearly he's not hurting for business and doesn't value potential customers much. I feel like if you're going to offer a deal on Angie's List you should be prepared to follow through with it. This whole shenanigan reflects very poorly on Jerry as a professional in my eyes. Hope others have a better experience.

Jerry is a salt of the earth sort of guy. Not flashy, honest and there to get work done. He is a one man show, so scheduling can get tricky.

Jerry gave me an ETA, then let me know he was coming when he was on his way. He explained the problem and performed the necessary fix in just a few hours. It was a difficult and dirty job that he did very well.

jerry was great!!! Talked me through my problem over the phone, and got my water up and. running. I will definitely use him again.

Jerry is great. He came by to look at our sewer pump in the basement which was letting out a weird smell. He was able to get to us right away , he looked things over and offered a suggestion and came back and sealed it up for us. We haven't smelled anything since! Thanks Jerry!

It went well. Jerry cleared the drain in under 30 minutes.

Jerry at Grayson Plumbing called me within a few minutes of my request for info through Angie's List, and was extremely helpful. Our water heater had started a a slow leak and he explained lots of options, and I decided we could wait until after the weekend. On Monday (which was Christmas Eve!) Jerry reached back out to me and the leak was getting worse - he said he could pick up a new water heater from a different source since his normal supplier was closed on Christmas Eve, and could get it installed within a couple hours. Jerry really went above and beyond to help our family out and avoid a burst heater and make sure we had hot water for Christmas. I've already asked him to come back after the new year to help with another plumbing project!

Jerry was very professional and made sure everything worked well after installing the toilet. Before he left I asked him to look at our other toilet that had an problem and he made a repair on the spot. He met his time frame for the appointment and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Jerry.

Jerry is a real stand up guy. He was able to respond to my semi-emergency the same afternoon I called. I am planning on having Jerry move a gas line for me for a new range, so I had been having dialogue with him; so that helped. I am sure he gave me a break because I had moved a heavy wall planter, some bushes, and had dug and found the leak where the supply line went into the foundation before he arrived. This saved him all that time. He explained that like much of home construction during the 00's housing boom, the supply line was not done correctly. It should have had a 90 degree elbow to prevent crimpling of the supply line. He saved my butt.

I contacted this company through emails, texts, and phone call and finally, I got an appointment! He showed up late on the appointment day after I called to remind him, the problem didn't get fix so we agreed on a second appointment. The same thing happened again, many more texts and reminder, and found out he didn't schedule me in that day. He promised to come by the next day, but we both agreed let's not try anymore. Jerry was pleasant on the phone but I didn't have a chance to try out his service. I wish he's more organized with his profession.

I ran over a pipe with my lawnmower and was planning on having a plumber come repair and cap the pipe, since I really had no idea what the pipe was. I got in contact with Jerry and he had me send him photos of the pipe so he could tell me what kind of pipe it was, and if it required a visit from a plumber and that he could save me some money that way. Jerry promptly called me back and informed me what the pipe was, and how to cheaply fix it myself. Jerry saved me time and money today. When it comes time for me to actually spend money on plumbing services, Jerry will be the one I call!

Arrived on time. Completed job in timely fashion despite encountering too narrow an opening to install new heater. Enlarged opening and installed heater. Would use again.

Great job over two days. They were on time and professional.

I called a couple of companies to discuss a leak at the bottom of my water heater. Based on the description, both companies said that it couldn't be repaired and quoted about $1100 to replace. When I called Grayson, he asked that i text him pictures and after reviewing, he confirmed that it needed to be replaced. His price was $850 and he was able to replace the next day. He was on time, professional and the pricing was fair.

Jerry was awesome. He came out, assessed the situation and gave us a few options. We elected to have him just the slab and repair the pipe in place rather try to reroute. He quoted $675. All the work was done while we were out of the house so we did not know how easy or difficult it was. Jerry broke through the slab and replaced about 10 feet of pipe. He also had to go under a cinder block wall to replace the junction. After all that he repoored the cement floor. Once all was said he done he only charged us $550. He didn't have to do that. It would have been well worth the original quote. My only regret is that I did not submit this review earlier. THANK YOU JERRY!!

We were in need of a new water heater because our 80 gallon heater sprang a leak. After speaking with our warranty company who wanted to replace an 80 gallon with a 50 gallon, we decided to do our own research. I called Jerri with Grayson Plumbing and he advised immediately that a 50 gallon heater wouldn't be sufficient. He outlined why and explained what was needed. Jerri recommend two 50 gallon tanks. We called several other plumbers and no one was as knowledgeable as Jerri. Everyone mentioned needed two tanks but no one was capable of installing without assistance from an electrician. We immediately called Jerri back and scheduled an appointment.Since it had been a week without hot water, Jerri came over immediately and installed the heaters. not only did he have the best price, he had the best service. I called several other plumbers with "A" ratings on Angie's list and they either didn't show up for a quote or were not as knowledgeable as Jerri. Jerri installed everything with no problem including the electrical work. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was very helpful in recommending what toilet to buy for what we were looking for. Jerry installed all new toilets we bought and hauled off the old toilets the same day. He is very responsive and helpful.

Everything went well and was done in a timely fashion. Even though he was on a tight schedule, he helped me with two other things that were on my check list. Very accommodating!! Will use again as needed. Thank you, Jerry.
