Description of Work: Converted home septic system to county system by digging trench and installing pipes. They made sure everything worked properly. Did a great job of covering the trench taking care to dig up the least amount of grass as necessary. Always prompt, courteous, pleasant and respectful. Excellent job and will call them in the future. It is nice to know great customer service still exists.

Description of Work: Jason installed two new bathroom sink faucets and a new toilet. He was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure I was satisfied. Because of complications removing the old fixtures the job took longer than expected but he didn't charge me for the extra time even though I was paying him a reduced rate through a deal on Angie's List! Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal 2 hours labor for $99. They repaired a leaking faucet in one bathroom and replaced 2 other bathroom faucets. I could not be more pleased with this company. I give them an A+ in all areas. After this job I called on them again for another big job of running septic lines from house to county system that I had been putting off. I give them an A+ there as well. Should I need a plumber again - I will call Jason Faircloth Plumbing & Septic Tank Co.
