Don't trust that this plumber will arrive as scheduled. The first scheduled appointment was Friday Dec. 8th between 3pm and 4pm. At 5:40pm he finally calls to reschedule for Tuesday at 3pm. His exact words "I'll call my wife right now to put you down for Tuesday at 3pm". The second appointment, Tuesday at 3pm, came and went without any contact. He finally calls Wednesday morning at 9:36 to see if we were still scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. When I informed him that it was supposed to be Tuesday afternoon, he said he was sorry he misunderstood "me". Not good, miss two appointments and blame it on the customer. Today I noticed that he has a flag on his Angie's List account for failure to pay for advertising. I won't say this guy is a bad plumber because I never got the opportunity to see his work but he's definitely a bad businessman.

The technician was on time, very polite, and very concerned with cleaning up any mess that he had to make. He was quick and pleasant. He replaced my old plastic drain with a better quality metal one and it works great! The only problem I had with this company was that they took too long to answer my call and set up an appointment. They said they were on a huge busy job at the time. All in all, I would use them again.

I purchase 2 hours of work for $99 through Angie's List. I set up an appointment with Jason and he was on time. Once here he quickly found that my one tankless w.as leaking and corroded. Within 3 hours I had a new water heater up and running. Jason also told me how to extend the life of my new water heater. He was very helpful, prompt and courteous. I will and have recommend him to my friends.

I was very pleased with all aspects of Jasons Plumbing service. They fixed my problems professionally and examined the problem thoroughly. I received a callback from Mr. Faircloth to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.

I would never recommend this business to coworkers and/or any other service members. I spoke with the provider on two separate occasions to schedule service. Mr. Faircloth stated he would call back to schedule, that call never happened. On the second occasion a service was scheduled, Mr. Faircloth stated that they give service members a discount. Unfortunately, the service person never showed, to add insult he stated they that tried to reach me three times that morning. I find it very offending after 22 years of military service that a person would offer military discount then not show, and question the customer?s integrity.

It was very good. I have recommended them and they have used them and they were happy with them. The price was average.

Installed a septic tank drain field per quotation, They could have done a better job in leveling the ground after installation. All in all they did a good job and I would recommend them.

We initiated a service request and Jason responded immediately. He put us on his schedule for 7/15/14, arrived at the appointed time and repaired our leaky shower faucet in the bedroom and installed new toilet handles in two bathrooms. He was professional, informative, and polite. He lets you know the depth of the problem and materials required for repairs. His work is EXCELLENT! We will definitely use Jason Faircloth for future projects.

Was a difficult job. Strange configuration. They figured out a solution and worked it to completion.

He dug to locate the distribution box and found that it was cracked. Found that was cause of sewage not being distributed equally out of 3 outputs but instead only one line.

A free quote? Yes! Then everything was repaired and replaced within one day, even on a Sunday. Jason and his assistant are very good and highly recommended.

Mr. Faircloth was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to show me the problem and explain what was necessary to repair.

Jason did an excellent job in pumping our septic tank and recommending we add system to surface so that future pumping will be easier and to bring up to code. Jason is very professional and really helped us out by coming on a Saturday. I highly recommend Jason and his team.

Excellent job! They did an excellent job and I saved $100 from what other companies in the area wanted to charge!! I'll definitely be using them from now on!

A+++++ Excellent service and price We immediately turned the water off and called Jason after hearing water gushing and being unable to determine the exact culprit. It was dark and after-hours but, it couldn't wait until morning. Jason arrived less than 30 minutes from the time we called and started to work immediately. My husband and I were both very impressed with both the service and price. He had everything he needed with him and was under the house, replaced the connectors that were causing the problem, and back out in just a few minutes. I thought he was coming out to get something he needed off the truck but, he was finished with the repair!!! I was absolutely impressed and would recommend him for anyone with plumbing needs. We have used other well known companies in the past and paid astronomical prices after much less work during normal business hours but, NEVER again. We WILL call Jason Faircloth for any plumbing needs from now on!!!
