It went fine. He was on time, he was very friendly. He did the ceiling fan first and then he mounted the tv. I was happy with the service. I plan on hiring him to mount shelves on the wall... The price was excellent..

He was very friendly and kind. He engaged my autistic teenage son by talking about video games and movies. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after he was finished.

He arrived on time, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend him to others. Great Job!

Wonderful

Felt a "bit" disappointed in the price, but that was a communicated problem when getting an appointment. Jordon was professional, polite and did a great job.

This is my second time using CineMcKay. As usual their service is unsurpassed! I bought my kids a trampoline for Christmas and Dwayne came to put it together. He was so nice and professional; got it together in less than 2 hours, even tested it out and my kids were so happy. I use this company for everything!

Jordan was the first to arrive at my home he was very professional in appearance and once i welcomed him in my home i was blown away by the level of experience he demonstrated. I had spoke to Faith over the phone to set the appointment up and she was very helpful in suggesting different ways for me to save money on my install. I was also blown away by the fact that she took the time to ask me if I had mounts and where i purchased them and for how much, i thought oh here comes the sales pitch except that is not what happened when I told her the prices i paid she said "wonderful ours are a little bit more than what you got off amazon". Michael joined Jordan on my install, i explained to them that i did not want to see any wires coming out of the wall. I had bought 10ft HDMI cables and they were about 5 Ft too short Michael explained to me he had 15ft cables or he could put in an HDMI outlet for $14. Again suggesting to me something to be done for less expensive route. They are amazing in everything they do I just want to shout it from the roof tops. I had quotes from companies like 1080 connect just for the fireplace job of $456 I had all three TVs wall mounted for $387.00!

They donated their services for free and I only had to buy the materials. The customer service was wonderful. The guy came in and went right to work. He was very professional. He explained everything as he was going. He went out of his way to reassure me that it was installed properly. He was early and confirmed his time and asked if it was ok to come earlier. I got a follow-up call this morning. I have never had another company go this far out of their way to help another company. They did a great job.
