*Ggo somewhere else** if you want test results in an efficient and timely manner. They were very friendly and helpful answering questions with my first call. They did not call me before I was ready to make a decision (which was a good thing). BUT, once they came out to take my samples (mold and radon), I never heard back from them! They told me 4-6 days for the mold test. On day 10 I called to complain. I was connected to the Manager, Brandon, who said he would check into it and **call me right back**. On day 13 I called again. I was again connected to Brandon who did not answer his phone this time and again did not return my call. Later that evening, on day 13, I finally received a call from **Mold Specialist** with my results. He was very thorough and helpful. We are now on day 21, and several more calls later, and I still do not have my radon test results. I DO NOT recommend The Mold Test Company. Good first impression, very poor customer service.

The Mold Company was great and professional however I was cold transferred to a remediation product company Biocide Labs that hung up on me. Once I wasnâ t immediately interested in purchasing their expensive products and told them I needed to think about purchasing their remediation products Steve hung up on me therefore I will be purchasing remediation products elsewhere.

UPDATE 11/30/2020; "I finally received the results on November 19th. *** I hired and paid them for a mold test. They said I should have the results in about a week. It has now been over one month and I still do not have the results. I have called them three times without any resolution. All they had to do was either email it or send it in the mail, and I have received nothing.

Kane Griffin was the gentleman who tested my home. He is excellent at his work and very pleasant and professional! He did above and beyond in his testing! I highly recommend this company because of him!

We hired this company because they assured us after testing they could refer us to reputable companies to help with mold removal and help you save money. After paying over $400 and the testing, that was meaningless and not at all helpful, they said they had never worked in our area and did not know of any companies to recommend. Senior mold analyst indicated that we could do a Google search or he could assist if we were unable to do that. We did hire a reputable mold removal and water proofing company, but the mold testing was not needed. This money out was a big deal for my elderly mother and this company did not deliver. Bottom line the testing was an unnecessary step in the removal and water proofing process. The person who came to do the work was very nice and polite but it was completely unnecessary.

Be careful - this appears to be a complex scam. I hired Mold Test Company when I discovered a black mold in my basement to evaluate if there were issues elsewhere in my house (my family suffers from allergies). The scam was very convincing until I paid for and received my test results. I received a lengthy but clearly fabricated lab report and then a follow up call from the company where a representative used scare tactics to try to convince me that I had the "three most toxic molds known to man" everywhere in my home and that it wasn't safe for me and my children to be there. They really preyed on me as a mother of young children, trying to convince me I had a serious problem. They really had me going until they then transferred me to the "solution" company who wanted to sell a $3000 overnight "mold fog bomb" to rid my home of mold. We hired another company to remove our mold who informed us that our actual problem was very minor.

They were very professional and responsive. The entire testing process was explained every step of the way. Highly recommended.

They do no follow through, They do not take care of their customers.

Understood our issue, had seen it before and was quickly able to recalibrate my level of anxiety. Completed technical process quickly and with minimum disruption. Had lab results in short order. Very personable rep. Would highly recommend.

A big STAY AWAY from me. I trusted the positive reviews and the fact that this company came in my home advisor search. Thought $199 pricing sounded reasonable. The technician (nice guy) has a few months experience, tested the walls (missed several mold areas and water in the walls) and misidentified what was later found to be white dust from drywall as mold. Charge another $400 by scaring my husband over the phone to identify exactly what mold we had. Turns out to treat mold you don t need to identify it. Oh my!! Called us with results and then proceeded to try to sell us expensive chemicals (which we did not buy) to treat the mold . Really awful experience please call some more respectable company.
