King Green

Started out good to include promise and quote to spray our yard trees (which we have many). We started noticing some large cypress trees looking bad and asked the King Green associate about that. He told us they never sprayed the trees because they were too big (However, they advised us they would service the trees when we initially got them and charged us for the service). This all happened approx. 1 1/2 to 2 years after our service began. We were also noticing the yard did not look healthy, we continued to have brown spots. There were a times when I noticed they did not service the back so we had to call and complain. We called the manager to speak to him about the service. He came out and started making excuses for their service. He promised a discount, but we kept being billed the same. My husband had to call several times to try and get it all straightened out which was very annoying. They would promise to fix the bill, but sure enough the very next month...there was the bill with charges and no discount. The service continued to be poor and our yard continued to look below our standards. We are going to cancel their service and go with another company. We would not recommend this company as they do not provide services as contracted and paid for. They have a lot of turnover in personnel who are not well trained. Product used on our yard is not effective and has not improved our yard AT ALL!

My dad was getting the grass treated but didn't see no difference in the grass this is why he decided to stop the service.

After a lawn full of weeds, I contacted King Green. I have been very happy with my service and my lawn is weed free!! They are prompt, courteous, and effective! Highly recommend.

They call the day before they are coming to do the service. The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. Anytime I have called the office, they are very helpful. My neighbor told me about them. I am so glad!!

We have been using them for about 1 year and our yard looks really good. We had been using another service and we still had a lot of weeds showing up. So we switched to King Green and have not had any problems since.

It was a very good experience. The service was performed since there were indications that I had termites in the house and as a preventative measure. The service stopped the infestation and it was just done one time so it was good. Everyone who came out from the company was very courteous, nice and respectful. Their cleanup and everything went fine. I have no complaints but I wish that their price could have been cheaper.

I think they did a good job on our yard and they are timely and friendly. I think we have them come out four or five times a year. I would use them again in the future.

King Green puts chemicals on my lawn. Pretty simple. Lots of people could do this - what sets King Green apart is their billing system, and the fact that you can call them and discuss with someone knowledgable. I've always had good experiences with King Green.

Service has been perfect and they always call me 24 hours prior to showing up. I waiting to see what the spring in early summer looks like but right now it is all good. There have been no issues and when I'm here they bang on the door and if I have got issues I tell them what it is and if they have got it they tell me what the issues are if they see them. I knew that the price was going to be more than what i was paying for but the interaction in services has been a thousand times better. The quality is so far so good. They always show up when they are coming, if they don't make it they will literally call me and say, "I was going to put this down in writing, this is not a good time to do it. I will be back next week and call you before I come." They are religiously about calling before hand.

Have used them for years. I like that they always call ahead to let me know when they will be coming out so I can make sure to open the gates. Product seems to work fine as far as controlling weeds.

We've been using King Green for about a year now and so far, they have done a pretty good job. I had to call them back on one occasion where we still had weeds after a treatment and they came out within a few days and retreated and solved the problem.

Final Judgement remains to be seen. As I started the lawn service in june, they claim some of the weeds are only controlled by pre-emergent treatment, which they did not do. I reserve the right to downgrade their service drastically, if I see weeds this spring

I bought a Groupon a few years ago for King Green and was so pleased with their company that I use them for lawn treatment, tree & shrub treatment, and pest control. They offer discounts for using several services and additional discounts for pre-paying.

I would give them the highest ratings so far.

Very careful on applying the fertilizer and weed control. They also don't interfere with my horses and pools.

My lawn is better looking than it has been in four years. King Green is a business that keeps its word. If the process doesn't produce the desired results, they come back and make sure the process does work at no additional cost

Very professional, knew exactly what to do and corrected the problem.

At first treatment technician left fertilizer all over my concrete sidewalk and concrete driveway. Called company to complain and someone came out to take care of, but did not remove all pellets. Now my concrete has severe iron stains. On second treatment I witnessed technician sporadically "hand drop" fertilzier on parts of lawn. Also after work done I noticed again fertilizer pellets on both sidewalk and driveway--technician never used blower as I was promised by company after first issue. I am done with them. This firm is much more expensive than other firms, which I have no problem with if they do excellent work. Now I am on the phone with their company again. Too much friction to deal with these folks.

Just great -- performing as expected, lawn looks great, crew is always courteous and helpful with questions.

I think they're doing a really good job. They're very responsive and the yard looks really good, which is pretty much all I ask for. It's $36 a visit.

Arrived on time , knew the exact problem with my lawn and corrected the problem. I now have them coming quarterly. I would of spent a fortune in chemicals and would probably damaged the lawn

King Green is providing our yearly treatments for the front yard. The yard looks good and we have seen improvement mostly due to having rain.
