Description of Work: Very rude customer service representative on the phone. I inherited this company when they purchased Whitley Lawn care. I contacted them for service at another one of my houses. Receptionist was so rude I cancelled (French Village house) contract that they purchased from Whitley Lawn Care on another house that I own. I had been a Whitley customer for about 9 years.
