Description of Work: We had repeated power outages due to ice storm. When power came on our hot water heater was out. Thought for sure it was shot. Scotty and helper came out and were able to get the water heater going. Plan on replacing it and will use Fortune again to di that.

 + 0 moreIt turned out really well. They were very responsive. They charged exactly what they said. I only got one quote, so I hope that they were in the ballpark. I had no problem with their people. With regard to price, I didn't get a quote, so I don’t know. I thought the price sounded reasonable. I have nothing to say that they are not competitive. Their quality was excellent. They were very punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: I used Fortune Plumbing Inc to get some plumbing work done. They redid all the drains in my fifty-year old house. They took out the drain lines, which were made out of cast iron and replaced them with PVC.

Description of Work: Same day service...very prompt... I had to have a whole new faucet for kitchen, but I didn't have to go out for it & they come back later .... Worker (Jessie) offered to go to Lowes & purchase one like I had, he would pay for it, bring me reciept then add it to my bill... But said it was my choice !!! And....that is what he did !! This person ( Jessie ). WAS AWSOME !!!!!

He was very quick to tell us not to let anyone try to convince us to replace our hot water heater, that it was in fine shape and that just the parts needed replaced.
