Fortune Plumbing was great! They responded to our call and were able to come out the next day to look at what we needed and provide an estimate. The technician, Ian, was very friendlly, extremely professional, polite, and informative. The work was completed for the quoted price (which was a very good price) and he even made some improvements to the existing plumbing and also gave us some plumbing education. We will call them again for any plumbing needs.

These guys are our go to for all our plumbing needs. They are responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Neither job was done satisfactorily. After the outside faucet was replaced, and water supply lines were unnecessarily moved in the basement there was a loud rushing noise heard in the kitchen, sounding like the basement was flooding. Thankfully it was not. Fortune plumbing did not test their work before they left. We decided to wait until spring to contact Fortune about this problem because we would not be using he faucet in the winter. We contacted Fortune a second time to fix leaking fittings in the pipes under the sink in the kitchen. Again the workman did not test his repair and after he left and we discovered we had no water power in the kitchen. Literally no water came out of the kitchen faucet. We contacted Fortune immediately about this problem, and to this day have not received a return call. Since it was the holidays and we needed water coming from the kitchen faucet we were forced to call another plumbing company to fix the problem, and pay to have Fortune's work corrected. We would never call Fortune plumbing again and would caution others about doing so. We did not receive a receipt for the work done on the kitchen pipe fittings, and the workman requested that we pay him in cash, which we thought was a strange request. We would not recommend Fortune Plumbing to anyone requiring plumbing repairs.

They came out the same day, even though we weren't existing customers. Set up a temporary right away and fixed the line later.

I called them on a Friday and they came out that afternoon. The work was excellent and Brian was such a nice and knowledgeable professional. Will definitely use again!

They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them.

It didn't. I had multiple telephone conversations with the owner,and made several appointments with him to come look at what I needed done,but he never showed up.

Originally I scheduled another person to do the job and they ended up not showing with no phone call. I called Fortune Plumbing and spoke with Gary. Ian, his son, then called me and scheduled a day and time and came out and fixed the problem at a good price. They always called and let me know where they were and what time to expect them. Good people, hard working. I would recommend.

They showed up for an emergency call on a Sunday. We had a major life event happening and they were super respectful of everything while working. They replaced the wax seal and fixed some other installation issues. Then they removed some insulation that had been soiled from under the bathroom. They guys were so pleasant, respectful and efficient.

Great. I would recommend for any plumbing work. Very easy to work with. Kept in contact on scheduled service was on time and finished within one hour.

Excellent service! I called the office in the morning and spoke with a man who gave me good information, was easy to understand and polite. The serviceman called to alert me he was an hour away from meeting me. I had limited time when they finally arrived, but they got the job done in the time I had. They were courteous and very thorough. Previous plumber thought it was a pipe replacement job, but I had a feeling it was a simple job for the right machine.

Prompt, on time, professional, and fixed the problem right away. They also gave information to prevent pipes freezing.

I contacted them and they were able to come out the next day. He called before he arrived. Gary was very professional and took care of the issue quickly. Took about an hour and that was leaving to go purchase the part he didn't have on the truck. I would use them again.

Fortune Plumbing installed a dishwasher for me in late April. The technician was prompt and polite and did a good job considering the difficulty of the install. I had some concerns, however, about some aspects of the install that were not up to par. Within 48 hours of contacting Fortune to express my concern, the owner of the company was in my house and fixing the small issues, free of charge. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reputable plumber with excellent customer care and service.

Scott called earlier than expected (a good thing) and was able to come sooner than expected (another great thing!) The job was done quickly and well, Scott provided me with a photo of the repair as they even filled in the hole dug in the yard to access the leaking pipe. I felt the price was fair and the service was great. I will definitely use these guys again.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. We called them again after they were here a month ago to repair our water heater. They did a great job on that too!!

My job was scheduled the day after my call. He was very thorough and worked to solve our extremely low water pressure issue. The issue isn't totally corrected. But they offer a good warranty on their work, so I'm pretty confident they will eventually solve the problem.

It went very well and technician was very professional. He completed work in specified time. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new tub. The technician has been available for questions about other plumbing issues.

All of my experiences with Fortune have generally been positive. They are professional and responsive. They repaired my leak problem and recently returned to assess some significant issues with water pressure. Jesse came to my lake house and spent over an hour evaluating the problem and considering how they could best solve it without costing and "fortune." Great advice and once I have done some additional preliminary work to provide better access for the plumbers into my very restricted crawl space, I anticipate calling Fortune Plumbing to follow up. Jesse could not have been more professional or helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone on the North end of Lake Lanier who needs a good plumber.

It turned out to be a very easy fix, something I should have caught myself. The plumber was nice about it, and felt bad he had to charge for about 20 minutes of work. He only charged the service call fee.

Fortune came when they said they would, were very courteous and went about their business to solve the problem. They performed a few extra things like shimming the upstairs toilet. We were very pleased with their work.

Retrofitting a 53 year old home is challenging. Fortune Plumbing met the challenge. Took the time to find the right parts and kept within our price point. Arrive on time and stayed until the job was done. Very professional and friendlly. Completed the job and the cleanup in a timely fashion. I was more than satisfied and will call again.

Installed faucet looks good and will be coming back to install faucet for pot filler. Price included two trips to get supplies so that added to cost of course.
