The project went very well, and our new roof looks terrific. Because of hail damage to our old roof, this project was largely covered by insurance. Matt's Roofing negotiated with them on our behalf to make sure all necessary parts of the project were included in the insurance payment, including the permits, etc. The job was completed in under two days, and they cleaned up the job site beautifully when they were done. My neighbor had used Matt's Roofing, too, and he told us how pleased he was with their clean-up. He has small children, so he had been worried about nails left in the grass, but that wasn't a problem.

Professional bid process. Well educated & knowledgeable. Crew showed up on time. Hector, foreman was excellent! Did a top notch job!

I would highly recommend Matt's Roofing and Gutters. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced the roof, added a roof vent, took out all my old vents and boots and replaced them (and painted them black to match the house). He added soffit and replaced some rotted trim for free. They showed up on time, explained the whole process, and finished when they said they would. They were the lowest out of the three estimates we received as well (before the job). I would use them again.

Matt was our third estimate. He described the work that was needed clearly and his description included some things that were not mentioned in our first two estimates. With the Angie's list coupon his prices was just a few dollars more than the first two estimates but Matt's warranty was longer and we were able to get 18 months same as cash financing through the bank he works with. No one else mentioned financing options and when we asked, same as cash was not an option with one of the others and no financing was available at all with the other. We had some leaks and we were happy that our scheduled install date was moved up a few days. The crew arrived early and did a fine job. Hector was the site manager and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We also had part of our gutters reconfigured solving a big drainage problem.

I called to get an estimate for a roof repair that matched the services mentioned on their website. I ended up playing 20 questions, and felt like I was trying to convince them to come out and look at it. They tried to refer me to another company, and I declined. When I asked if they'd be willing to even come look, she said, "well... I guess we can but it will be 3 weeks before we can get to you." Bottom line it sounds like business is good for them, and unless you have a large project that's worth their while, they probably won't take it on. I don't blame them for not wanting to waste their time, but they need to update their website to accurately portray the services they are willing to provide so that I'm not wasting my time.

All went well. Workman was on time and worked hard. Price was competitive and info about work to be done was precise. Company rep and presentation were very professional.

Each person, including the administrative staff, was professional and efficient. In addition to that the employees performing the work did and great job and cleaned up afterwards. So far after a month no leaks! I would definitely use them again and will call when it is time to replace the roof.

We met with Tim from Matt's, he was very professional & answered all our questions. Project started a day early. We had some delays due to material but I was given a daily update by Miranda either by phone or text.

It was great. It was perfect. They came out They looked it in originally. The sales man said "you know, he would do this kind of little thing." The guy came out and said "You know, I think it might be better if we add this on." He went in and added it on and didn't charge me extra. They want to make sure it was really going to be the best. I was very impressed with that. They were prompt, professional right on the spot. They were polite and nice. These guys are great.

We're scheduling a roof repair and possible replacement in tbe very near future.

Matt's Roofing repaired a leak I had at a back dormer in back of house. Matt arrived on time to inspect roof and write me a detailed estimate. His repair crew also arrived on time and repaired the leak as specified in the estimate. They were careful when removing siding to gain access for the repair and did an excellent job of weather proofing that area. A new ice membrane was installed along with new flashing and roofing that was an exact match. When the job was complete it looked like the roof was never touched. They did a good post job cleanup. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Matt's Roofing for any future roofing needs.

They are very personable and have a good product. We had one problem, and he came back right away and fixed it.

Came right out for the estimate, even got an additional estimate on gutter work. Agreed to price, explained my time frame is immediate. Have NEVER heard back.

Roof still leaked after service, however Matt's was very accommodating and responsive in fixing the leak on their dime. will definitely do business with them again. I compared their prices with two other vendors any they were what i thought the best blend of service and price

They responded to request for estimate very quickly, showed up when they said they would, gave me an estimate in writing on the spot. They weren't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive. They showed up when they said they would to do the work and did it in a professional manner. I watched on and off throughout the day and was VERY IMPRESSED by the quality and attention to detail. Overall, I am very happy with them and will use them again when I'm ready to re-roof the house (separate from the porch) in a year or two.

Appointments were prompt, courteous, informative, office provided an update when original date was delayed and explained the reason due to colder weather. Great job of blending in new with old to keep the same look. Cleaned up thoroughly, no trace of debris or of being there. Would definitely use again, professional, reliable, great find.

Appointments and installation were done quickly. My only complain was that there were a lot of nails left around and they were on a metal roof, so they would have started to leave a mark on the roof. Other than that, It was a very easy service.

Having been told by two roofers that "You're just going to need a new roof, the one you have is too shallow of a pitch." This was quite frustrating, as the roof had been installed a mere 9 years earlier. Matt's to the rescue-- Matt was very meticulous in inspecting the problem areas and proposing an estimate for all of the repairs. His team was extremely professional and clean, never causing any interruption or inconvenience to those in the house while he was working. There was one particularly problematic spot where the roof is so shallow that the water doesn't run down and off the roof. Matt's team was persistent and determined to get this fixed and even called after rains to check and make sure it was dry. Having lived in this house for about 10 years, I have to say that this is the first time that I've had ZERO leaks in the roof. Thank you Matt and Miranda!

Workers were very professional and efficient. Clean up was very good. Communication was excellent.

Matt was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He came, measured, and gave me an estimate in a folder with all the supporting certifications and insurance information that I would have asked for. After reviewing the estimate, I asked for additional insulation to be be placed on the sun room roof. He revised the estimate quickly. The very professional crew of 5 men worked on the 42 squares of roof for three days. Since thunder storms pop up every day this time of year, I was pleased to see that they stripped, and placed new shingles on sections of the roof at a time. This made it easy to cover the exposed section when rain showers came. The crew was very professional. They all knew their jobs and performed them well. Vicki coordinated the crew and answered any questions that I had during the project. After the job was complete, Matt came out and performed a thorough inspection of the completed job. Matt's Roofing and Gutters is a first class company and I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a new roof.

The overall experience was ok. The shingles went up alright but the siding cuts were not in a straight line. He corrected by cutting siding along roof not very professional.

We dealt with Vincent the entire process. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived on time to give the initial estimate. He returned on time again to worked with my husband to decide the best gutter color for our house. The gutter installers worked fast and did an excellent job. There was no mess afterwards. We are very satisfied with the gutters and the service we received. We plan to work with this company again for other projects we have planned for the future.

All went well from start to finish. Matt has a great system that everyone should use.

First contact - arrived promptly as scheduled. Presentation packet which included certifications, liability insurance provider, preferred contractor status with Owens Corning, Master Elite GAF certification, and others that made it easy to verify qualifications. Answered all questions thoroughly and patiently. Matt did full inspection including attic area to check sofit ventilation. After contract signed and starting date set, roofing materials, dumpster, and portable toilet were delivered the day before work started. Crew on site as scheduled. Protected landscaping well. Installation went smoothly. Clean up excellent. Good communication from office staff. Minor concern - we were told there would be an on site manager with the crew both days of the installation. Unfortunately, a member of their staff was ill and the the on site manager was here part of the first day and only at the end of the second day. Without hesitation would use them again and recommend them for roof replacement. I waited six months only to be sure everything was good and it is!
