Matt's Exterior's is hands-down the best residential roofing contractor in our area. They gave us a competitive quote to replace our entire roof, gutters, and chimney cap. They explained how the process would work from start to finish with our insurance company, and within two weeks of agreeing on scope of work and making material selections they had a crew on site to perform the work. It took them a total of only 1-1/2 days to completely replace the roof on our house plus our detached garage. Their work crew was here on time every day, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. We could not be happier with the results. Also, even though our Home Owners Insurance played hardball, Matt and his office support worked tirelessly as our advocate through the entire process to get final payment. I cannot speak highly enough for this contractor's commitment to superb workmanship and customer satisfaction!

Needed inspection for possible total roof replacement due to storm hail damage. First thing he asked was what insurance company? When I told him, he said they are very difficult to work with. He then told me I would have to be the one dealing with them directly. I think I just laughed at this point. He should have just said we aren't interested in your business, which is basically what he did say!! I was almost speechless. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

They're a great company. They pointed out things to me and I hired a chimney company based off they're suggestion.

Very helpful and not pushy in helping me decide whether to repair or replace prior to selling. They did the work quickly and did a professional job. The roof looks great. They were especially helpful in navigating the insurance claim. I really like my insurance agent, but I have discovered that trusting an insurance company's claim department is a big mistake. Having Matt's involved saved me nearly $2k!

Matt is a no nonsense kind of guy. He did not try to up-sale me and gave me a fair bid on the work. He knew what I needed and gave me what I wanted. The crew was efficient and did excellent work.

Bottom line - do not hesitate to use Matt's for your next roof project. We bought an old fixer upper that had rotten sheathing, poor flashing and stained/worn asphalt, and Matt was very clear about the repairs needed and estimates. They were timely, professional, and good communicators. I can't personally relay info about followup yet, but my neighbor had also used Matt's for a roof replacement, and had wonderful things to say about Matt coming back a few years later to address poorly installed flashing.

The service technician completed the work in a timely manner. Matt had outlined the project and quoted pricing before leaving the job site. Upon agreement Matt’s scheduler contacted us and arranged a time for the project and the amount of time required for completion. All aspects of this project were accomplished in an expeditious manner: promptly and cleanly.

Outstanding professionalism and pride in workmanship from the initial roof inspection to the final walk through before payment. Some basic details to support my summary review. Professionally prepared and detailed quote package presented by business owner himself included itemized quote, manufacturers booklet on proposed materials, copy of certificate of incorporation, proof of certification to conduct business, certificate of liability insurance and numerous references. Product installed was GAF Timberline HD shingles with supporting GAF materials. Owner explained each product that would be used in the roof replacement, not just the shingles, as well as the benefits. There was always a supervisor or project manager on site. Roofers were efficient and appeared confident in the tasks they were assigned. Project manager explained to home owner all extra work that was required while the roof was being replaced and provided tangibles (i.e., mold or broken plywood base). Work was finished within the promised time frame. Office staff was very polite and professional. Office staff would call to provide status updates such as the delivery of the dumpster, that the owner was going to stop by for a site visit, billing information, etc. On the first day of work the crew actually arrived early and worked late to ensure initial roof work was finished prior to expected overnight rain thus avoiding any potential leaks during roof replacement. I was very impressed by the extra effort and teamwork made by all hands to accomplish an important task.

We had an excellent experience with Matt's Roofing & Gutters. Matt came and examined the whole roof and suggested that there was another issue that should be addressed with the roof vent pipes, that I was not aware of. The day of the scheduled service Pablo arrived early and immediately started to do the job of removing the damaged shingles and when I noticed the wet insulation, I asked if it was possible to be replaced, even though, it was not part of the original estimate and scheduled service. My husband bought the insulation and he kindly replaced the insulation for us at a very reasonable extra cost. The replaced shingles match exactly to the original ones and it does not look like a repaired job I have seen in other houses. Once he finished the roofing job he cleaned the work area and left it spotless. I would recommend Matt's Roofing & Gutters for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

My roof repair was performed on schedule. The roofer assigned to repair performed all repairs that Matt recommended. It required removing siding and sections of roofing. Everything was restored to original condition. And post cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend Matt's Roofing and Gutter. Thank you for the quick response and excellent work.

Matts Roofing spent 2 1/2 days removing the old shingles, flashing chimney cap and replacing with high quality shingles. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly. I have seen some roofers do an entire house larger than mine in one day. They cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. The work crew was great they were definitely highly skilled roofers.

Matt and another of Matt's team set-up appointments quickly after my call and were right on time. Their pricing was fair and the talked me through what the repair would be. They scheduled the work with me in a prompt time frame and then performed the work on time and as stated. Seems simple, but its not often I get that kind of professionalism in home repair work.
