Joe came out first thing the morning after we called him, as it was already after hours and the temperature wasn't unbearable. Our AC was still coming on, but we weren't getting any air. He talked my husband through a few troubleshooting steps to see if we could get some air that night, to no avail. When Joe came out he quickly found that our fan bearings were gone and the fan would not come on or continue to run on it's own even when manually started. He had squeezed us in that morning before heading out for his previously scheduled jobs, so he gave us a timetable and let us know what to expect as he would be getting the part in between other jobs that day. Joe came back later that evening and replaced the fan, completed a full system inspection, and had our house nice and cool in a timely fashion. He was respectful of our home, our family, and very accommodating. We highly recommend him for all heating and cooling needs!

Joe Roquemore was quick to respond after receiving our call. He tried several tests to see if the problem was something simple. He showed us how he came to his conclusion and how he ruled out other problems. He was knowledgeable, nice, respectful, and honest. He had our problem fixed in no time at all. And cost was very reasonable.
