The material arrived on time, and the crew started immediately. The footers and concrete overpoor was accomplished in one day. The crew had the structure up in 3.5 days. The quality of the material was excellent. Several issues happened during the construction primarily during the concrete phase. The folks that laid the concrete and did the stamping were very unreliable. They disappeared, and would not answer their phone when called. The job was finally done, but the sealant they used had such a bad odor, that it took at least 2 weeks to get rid of the smell. Since they were sub-contracted by Posey, he should have better control of them. The other issue was the final paperwork, such as the life-time warranty, and the permit were delivered 10 days after the job was completed, and only after several phone calls. The roof had a small leak during a rain storm several days after the job was completed. Posey responded immediatelly, however the repair was somewhat amateurish. After I inspected the fix I called them back, and the repair was done correctly. I have to say that the folks who put the sunroom up did an excellent job. I liked their work ethic. They put in a 10 hour workday, and only took a lunch break. I rated punctuality a "C" due to the issues with the sub-contractor and the final paperwork. Other than these issues I was pleased with the project.

I have recommended them to so many people. They always come out on time and when they are on the job they are very professional and finish the task when they are supposed to and they are very reasonable with their prices. They are just nice men and they take their time with you.

Their estimate beat everybody. I have used them before and the quality of their work is unbelievable, so I know that they will do a great job. The technician is very informative and was able to explain to me what they were going to do.
