Awesome! Very good job.

They came out very quickly to do the estimate. I liked the straightforward way the man explained what they would do and how it would happen. And they were about $100 less than the other estimate. But then they wouldn't call back to schedule the service. After 3 calls, I gave up and went with the higher price. It would have been fine with me if they had said that my little $400 job wasn't worth their time and effort. But each time the lady answering the phone said Corey will have to call you to schedule and I never heard from Corey or anyone else so I lost several days waiting. Maybe if you have a big job they'd be good, but if it's relatively small I don't think they're interested.

These guys were amazing! Punctual, courteous, efficient, fast and safe. I received 4 estimates and they provided the best price. They scheduled my job within a week, permit approval included in this time frame... my tree removal was pretty urgent. It was fascinating to watch them work. I would highly recommend them for any tree service.

Excellent. They showed up on time and introduced themselves, verified the work to be done, and got to work. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.

The crew showed of around 5 guys shoed up when they said they would and got to work quick hauling brush from my yard and chipping it. They were kind and professional, and quick. I though this job would take a while, but it only took them 1/2 hour, and nothing was left behind! They did and great job and I'd use them again anytime.

They came with a crew of about ten to do the work. They worked very hard and checked in during the job to make sure what they were doing is what we wanted. They explained what they were going to do and they did exactly what they said they would. When they were done they cut up the limbs into firewood for my sons which is a huge help. My neighbor had an issue while they were they and they made time to help her out as well. They were very friendly and I have already referred them to friends.

We moved to Atlanta a year ago this week. Six weeks after our arrival, an old oak tree in our front yard fell directly across the yard into our neighbor's yard, exposing the roots. I had been in the front yard with one of our dogs just half an hour beforehand. Without reliable referrals to count on, I hired a company that totally overcharged us. A couple of weeks ago, a "healthy appearing" oak tree branch from another neighbor's yard fell across our driveway and into the street leaving hanging, huge "shards" over our driveway. It appears that this time of year is "tree season" when healthy and drought damaged trees start falling after the rains, many on sunny, dry, windless days. We had an Arborist examine the trees and his assessment wasn't good. He did make recommendations to stabilize the larger tree with annual maintenance, but stated it would probably "go" within three years. We decided the risk was too great to bear waiting for the inevitable. Steve's Tree Service was recommended to us by Lee's Tree Service who sawed off the shards hanging over our driveway from our neighbor's yard. From the initial visit to completion today, every employee was professional, courteous, hard-working and efficient. And, they did find evidence that our decision to remove both trees was a wise investment and will contribute to good night's sleep.

Went well. Came over to collect scope of work, and give quote. Came within the week to do the work. One task was left off, but they came back and had it done before I could walk outside to give payment. Paid at the end. Very convenient.

I have used Steve's since 1999. Have had estimates over the years for the jobs but initially went with Steve due to lower estimate. Now I stay with Steve's due to cost and service. Had to have an old, dammaged oak removed today and once again Steve's came to take care of us. 1. Significantly lower in price than our other estimate. 2. Showed up precisely on time. 3. Well equiped, well manned and efficient. 4. Started job immediately and it was as if they had done multiple practice runs prior to starting. (truly amazing to watch) 5. Each team member (and there were many) moved in synch with the others as if they read each others minds. 6. Cleaned as they went and moved trucks and equipment quickly to best meet their needs and mine and my neighbors. *** I cannot say enough about their results and their professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend STSand L to all my neighbors!

They did a terrific job at a competitive price. As always they clean up right away. If you are looking for someone you can trust to handle any job regarding trees small or large, Steve's Tree Service is the place to go. You won't be sorry.

Overall, I was very satisfied. They were punctual in coming out to give an estimate. The only delay was in obtaining a permit for tree removal from the city. I ended up having to call the city to get the permit finalized. But once that was complete, they came out and did an excellent job in performing the work we requested.

I called the insurance company and they said that they would cover for it. So I asked them how long should I wait for. I told them I can't be waiting for the tree to fall. We had a really big wind storm come through the area and they've been pulling trees off the houses. They managed to squeeze me in because we were happy to save it. They managed to pull the tree out which was amazing. Their price was fair but not cheap. My neighbor paid him the highest compliment that I could have ever imagined. He said that after they left, it didn't look like anyone was here. It was spotless and they were amazing. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

The crew came out the next day and had everything done in an hour or so. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and were careful to not damage my driveway with their heavy equipment.

It was a fiasco. They are great for trees, but not for building walls. I had to have it redone by another company. There were gaps in the foundation part of the wall. It was basically constructed poorly. I told him about it and we couldn't reach an agreement so it was a stalemate. They are really nice guys, but they simply don’t know how to do retaining walls. Hiring them for anything beyond trimming trees is a mistake.

The cleanup was good. He is really good for tree pruning. He has a local presence in the area.

Simple lawn clean-up was requested and was performed (on service date) quickly with a capable crew. The only negative thing to report was coordinating the actual day/time of service for personal schedule coordination.

They showed up on time. Brought more than enough equipment, cut the tree down in six hours. Cleaned up before they left. Not a branch was left behind. I was impressed. The lowest bid and they did a great job.

Service was good. Trees were properly pruned and all mess was removed immediately. Only note, after I signed the invoice authorizing them to do the work, I had to call the office 2 weeks later to remind them to schedule the work.

I called this company and they responded right away. I am amazed at how efficient and organized they were. The team was neat, clean, and showed up on time. They explained the process to me and then proceeded to do an excellent, thorough job. They did superb work. I would highly recommend them to others.

I think Steve's may be the best service company I have ever worked with for anything! A friend originally recommended this company to me. The guy who came out for the initial estimate, Cory, was punctual and knowledgeable. The price quoted was fair and I felt confident they were focused on the health of the trees, landscaping, etc. (versus hacking up the trees and leaving a mess). This morning, they arrived ahead of schedule to do the work with a fantastic crew of 10-12 guys (I lost count!). Steve (the owner) was here as well. They did a great job with the pecan tree, a precarious job as it was hanging over my neighbor's house. They were so careful. They did not rush, and they had ample manpower to keep an eye on things, help, etc. They picked up everything that fell, from limbs to twigs, and chipped it. My yard is cleaner now than when they arrived! They were careful and thoughtful in the crabapple pruning as well. They far exceeded my expectations. I was amazed.
