Just purchased our home and hooked up the washer and dryer. The first time I operated the dryer it had a light illuminated indicating the dryer vent needed cleaning. I thoroughly cleaned the basket where the lint collects in the dryer and the light stayed on, so I assumed the vent and duct needed cleaning. I purchased a deal from Angie's List and Peach State Clean Air arrived a couple of days later for the service. They arrived on schedule and went right to work. It was obvious that they had done this type of work for many years. They explained everything they were doing and were very professional. It was amazing to see the amount of accumulated lint that they were able to get out of the dryer vent. It was actually a little scary when you consider the potential fire hazard in the vent. After they finished the dryer vent job, I had them check the supply and return vents in the house. They were very dirty, so I scheduled them to come out the following week for a complete cleaning of the duct system and the furnace blower. Once again they were very professional and thorough. They removed all the vents, cleaned them, and painted them. They used a very powerful duct vacuum. You could literally see the dust, dirt, and sheetrock particles being sucked out of duct system and into their vacuum. They worked nonstop and it took them about 3 hours to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend Peach State Clean Air.

Two men from Peach State arrived promptly at 9:00a, introduced themselves, and took a walk around our home with my husband to locate all vents, returns, furnace, and dryer vent. Each man had specific jobs that dovetailed with the other so the job could proceed like clockwork. They had no downtime. Our system had not been cleaned in many years. I was surprised that all vent and return covers were washed and painted! A vacuum machine attached to the overall system and a cleaning device was used on all duct work. The offer allowed 12 vents; we had 9 extra vents, increasing the cost by $72 ($8 per extra vent). The overall cost was reasonable and well worth the result. They cleaned where they had worked and left around 12:30p. Very positive experience.

The two-man team was very professional and courteous. They did a thorough job and repainted all my vent covers with kilz paint to help prevent problems from condensation in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Richard arrived on time, asked about the routing of the vent, and went up to the attic to determine the material of the vent. He then reassured us that the vent was correctly installed, and how he would clean it out. He did so, and also cleaned out the interior of my dryer when I told him that I had not been able to do so properly. He was neat, thorough, courteous, and informative. We now know to keep our dryer at least 4 inches from the wall, tips on interior cleaning of the vent, and when we would need to have professional service again. We are well satisfied with his work, and will happily call on Peach State Clean Air in 2 years. A very positive experience!

Richard and Robert (father and son) did a great job. I was a little apprehensive since I suffer from hay fever. There was little dust from the cleaning. In addition they vacuumed the carpet. They cleaned the vents in the main floor and the basement - one furnace. The grills look like new. They did such a good job that I had them do the upstairs the following week.

From the first contact to the support after the cleaning, Peach State Clean Air was professional and friendly. I had trouble finding a duct cleaning service that would service my condo on the third floor. Peach State Clean Air came and did an amazing job. They not only cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent, they cleaned the heat pump, dryer, and laundry room behind the dryer. They found issues with my heat pump and dryer vent and explained the issues to me throughly. They actually fixed the dryer vent issue which I am sure had been there for years and could have caused fire or health issues. These guys were great and went above the call of duty. It was 48.00 more than I had paid for. I didn't know it would cost more until the job was completed. It would have been nice to know that the costis higher than expected up front.

We're a little worse for the wear, but the dog has stopped coughing. And we can go a whole week without cleaning like normal people again. I think this week's cleaning will be as a function of time because it doesn't really seem to need it. Yeah! Now we just have to move that old couch out from the wall and vacuum behind it. Our duct work was so bad that we had to get it cleaned AND get a maid to come in. A week later the dust still hasn't settled, but it's just little dust like left over snow flurries on the ground. At least it's stopped "snowing",and we've "shoveled" up the bulk of it. Next we're gonna have to get some extra air filters around the house because we have become so sensitive to the tiniest bit of dust around here. That went fine. I was very happy with it. They came pretty immediately after I purchased the big deal, I don?t remember exactly but I think within 24 hours or 48 hours. I think there was an extra charge apart from the $375 deal but it was in relationship with something extra I had them do. The additional work I asked to do was for a melted piece of plastic inside of the exhaust which had to be replaced. I will tell other members that they are thorough and professional.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Peach State Clean Air. The gentleman looked at my air conditioning ducts and informed me that no cleaning was necessary. I offered them money for the long drive from Norcross to Cartersville but they refused to take any money. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs air duct cleaning. I am in my 80's, and it would have been very easy for them to take advantage of my age.. I have a great respect for Peach State Clean Air LLC.

Went really well. My girlfriend was present for the appointment. Richard was on time and very professional. He pulled out the dryer and cleaned out the whole vent. My vent was completely clogged before - now the dryer is working great now! With the coupon, they were priced lower than any other service I could find. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs their dryer vent cleaned/unclogged.

He did great. He was in and out. He told me what the problem was, fixed it and was gone. He was on time, explained what the problem was, resolved it and since then it is working prefect. He was a nice guy.

Richard was the one who talked to my wife on the phone about the service. Gave us a quote over the phone and said he would come at 10am the next day. Arrived right on time and with the ladder we said was needed because our exterior dryer vent is elevated. He cleaned the vent from the outside and replaced a piece of interior dryer duct that he said was causing some backup. Then he had me inspect everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Then he cleaned everything up and put everything back like it was before he arrived. He didn't try to to upsell me on anything. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. I definitely recommend Peach State Clean Air and I would use them again without hesitation for dryer vents or cleaning other ductwork.

They called to set up an appointment the same day that I bought the deal and did a good job. He was prompt, courteous, and had his father there helping do the work from the outside. I have a very long dryer vent and one of the joints had been stepped on and crushed. He showed it to me and I agreed to replace it so he went to Home Depot, bought the part and came back to replace it. He found two additional damaged joints and I agreed to replace those as well. I was very happy with his service and demeanor.

He walked us through the steps as he performed the task in a very friendly and professional manner, when he was done; he cleaned up the areas he was working in. Both guys were very through they sprayed rusted vent covers so they looked new, and if I replaced my filter for me everything smelled clean and fresh in my house. Plus they were on time.

Richard was my technician and also the owner of the business and I think it made a difference in the service I have had from other companies. When he was done he called me over to inspect his work and show me what he had collected out of there. It was more than I expected. He offered to put me on a annual checkup list where he would come and see if I needed it again no charge just to inspect. Very nice young man!
