Richard did a fantastic job. He worked extremely hard all day! In addition to cleaning our ducts, pointing out any concerns and showing me the parts before and after cleaning, he also cleaned all of the covers and painted the ones that were old. I am very pleased with the work he did.

Great. I did not expect this level of attention to detail. The experience got off to a good start from the initial phone call. The owner, Richard, explained to me in detail all the services that were provided along with the vent cleaning. He arrived on time, with his coworker. They respected my wishes for them to wear booties in the carpeted areas of my home. They went into a great deal of detail that I was thoroughly pleased with. Took a bit longer than I expected, but I guess this kind of intricate detail takes time.

The reviews are true!!! I am now a believer... Richard and assistant, Arthur did awesome work. No stone was left unturned. When I entered my home after having the work done, the smell was amazing and my vents were sparkling clean and the air flow and air quality was simply worth the expense. My husband and I are glad we made the investment. If you are not sure neither were we. I didn't want to pay the price, but after my husband who was home while the work was being done explained all that was involved... all I can say is WOW! I only wish I had before and after photos to share. Thank you Richard and Arthur...

Richard and Arthur did a great job! They were flexible with my schedule and were prompt. I hired them to do the work at a rental property. They called me about 1/2 hour before getting there so I could meet them. They did a thorough job. The area where the washer and dryer are had lots of clothes and lint on the floor because the vent hose was disconnected from the vent. They pulled the dryer out and cleaned the whole area. They also repainted the air vents, making them look new.

Richard and Arthur were fantastic. They texted me to let me know they were on their way and arrived in the time frame originally told. They got to work right away and kept a brisk pace throughout the day. They were mindful of our pets and mindful of our things. I couldn't even tell they had been there, other than the fact that our air was cleaner and our house didn't smell like must anymore. Richard was honest when we asked him how bad it was and because of this, we will recommend him to all of our friends and family.

GREAT! The team arrived on time, explained what they were doing and left the house smelling fresh and all vent grates were reinstalled, cleaned and new looking.

We hired them for duct cleaning. After the work was done and they left our house, we realized that AC started to blow hot air instead of cold air. so we called them and technician came back within 1 hour or so. He apologized that he accidentally turned the switch off, so that the AC wasn't blowing cold air. As for duct cleaning, they did pretty well, but we wish they checked everything before they left.

They called before they came and arrived on time and inspected the furnace and he did let me know what was going on with my ducts and vents and then they proceeded to do the work and after they were finished they vacuumed the area that they were in. Very efficient.

Richard was very responsive and communicated with me properly on his expected arrival time he arrived promptly as promised. He was also quite willing to explain in great detail everything he was about to do and was so patient with my questions and concerns.
