Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts of two of our systems (the third is brand new). The team was AMAZING. They were so polite, respectful, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions, help to see what they were doing, give us good next steps to keep the systems clean, and did all of this in a timely and efficient manner. I would DEFINITELY give this company "two thumbs up".

Description of Work: I scheduled Peach State Clean Air LLC for duct and dryer vent cleaning. They explained to me in detail over the phone, the exact service they would perform. I have a 2-storied, single family home with 22 ducts. Jennifer Zaino and her husband arrived promptly at 9 AM sharp as per the schedule. They were extremely courteous and polite. They diligently took out all the duct guards and washed and painted them. They used sophisticated equipment including a spider-lasher tube to clean all the ducts. The part I was most impressed was with the way they took out the HVAC motor, cleaned it, washed it and installed it back. It looked like new. The ducts had not been cleaned in years it seems (we just bought the house few months back) and they cleaned out all the muck and showed it to us. They worked together for nearly 6 hours, providing a throughly professional and great service. I am going to use them next time as well. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I think the jury is still out on this one. |I was not home and my husband loved the crew but said they severely criticized the prior work done on the duct cleaning. Um, they did it. |Shortly after they left, large chunks of gunk came flying out of the registers. I called. Richard called back and said he would come back out if we wanted. I didn't call him back as the furnace fan started to go kaflooey. Had it checked. There was gunk in that too. Dislodged by the cleaning. The master bedroom had a ton of dust for about a week. It all down quickly and, I must admit, this place is, and has been, a major overhaul effort that is still far from complete so, there is more than the average amount of dust. Add cat and dog and well... |I give them 5 stars for not smelling up the house. I think they used white vinegar and water. Whatever it was, it was fine. They were punctual. The air is breathable. My husband is very happy, me, not as much.

Description of Work: Can't say enough about the great job Richard and his crew did in cleaning and sanitizing our filthy vents and ducts ($375) and cleaning out a lot of debris from our crawlspace and replacing/repairing rips and tears in the ductwork ($600). Would use them again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
