They came one time and explained everything that they were going to do. very friendly and did not wasted any time. they never stopped moving. they finished on time and even moved to my third floor thing that i had on the house already . I am so pleased with this company that i will used them again.

Thomas and his crew were awesome. The move required two trucks and five guys including Thomas (the owner) to get us loaded up and moved to our new home in Ball Ground, GA. They took extra good care of our furniture and belongings. The entire team was polite, courteous and professional. When we ran into some logistic issues with furniture, they came up with solutions and with no damage to walls or flooring. This is the second time using Thomas's company and we would recommend them to anyone needing a move.

They were friendly and attentive. I would use them again. They wrapped everything but didn't waste time. I also asked them to stop off and drop a dryer to a neighbor and they did this with pleasure even though if wasn't planned. Great company.

Ok. Took too much care rapping each piece, which greatly ran up the bill. Otherwise, ok.

THEY TOOK WAY TOO MUCH TIME. I THOUGHT I HAD REGISTERED TO ANGIES LIST SO I COULD RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE AT A GOOD PRICE. INSTEAD I FEEL I WAS BAMBOOZLED. IT FELT LIKE I WAS SCHEMED INTO THIS.

The company owner was extremely, pleasant , professional and accomadating, We twice had to reschedule the appointment because only 1 elevator was working at the apartment building. The owner was very professional and in changing our dates. The movers arrived on time and were quick moving in getting the job done. We had a 3 hr moving specials deal for 279.00. Everything was moved out of the apartment and into storage in this amount of time. They did a great job!!

went just fine. Arrived on time, explained contract, loaded truck (didn't damage house or goods), delivered goods to other house, put them where I wanted them and left. Best kind of move--quick and no drama.

These guys were great! On time, very professional and easy to deal with. The best movers I ever used and i have moved over 15 times in the past years. i highly recommend them and wish all Angie's list contractors were like these people. THEY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS AND PROVIDED A REAL VALUE FOR THERE MOVING SERVICES. i will use them again and refer them to anyone in need of movers.

Start to finish, this was fantastic. Tate - the proprietor - was very careful to make sure that I understood the limitations of the Angie's List deal, and to confirm that I had purchased the right amount of help and time. It turned out that the team, with a combination of smarts and hard work, was able to complete my challenging move in exactly three hours. They were prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and caring. Great group of guys, and they did an absolutely amazing job, especially in fitting all of my items very carefully into what turned out to be a very small storage unit. I don't know how they did it, but I absolutely would hire them again and I'll recommend them and Tate without reservation. Great experience.

AMAZING customer service and very easy to work with. I hired them to do a small, preliminary move of some fragile items and will definitely hire them for the final, big move. They stopped at two placed between Smyrna and Buckhead to pick up and drop off a big item and were super easy going about it. GO TEAM PURPLE!

WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN! The movers (blue team) were all very pleasant and took care to wrap all furniture in blankets. They made sure to clear door frames and place furniture and boxes on the floor (i.e. did not plop them down). They also asked where I would like each piece placed and accommodated my requests when I changed my mind. The team arrived 4.5 hrs late due to rain and traffic but were sure to update me with ETA and worked very late to complete my move the same day, which is why I graded an "A" for punctuality. I used an Angie's list deal and there were no additional charges or surprise fees. The next day I received a call to make sure I was satisfied with the service, which was the cherry on top!

They were all very professional and had a great demeanor. I trusted them with my furniture and personal items. They worked quickly and with a sense of humor. They were great to work with.

We couldn't be more impressed! The guys showed up with two trucks and five movers, all of whom were extremely professional, polite and pleasant. Throughout the first day of the move, from early morning to late evening, they maintained their professionalism, their humor and good nature. The furniture was so well padded and so carefully handled that 4 wine stems that were forgotten in the bottom of the china cabinet by the packer (that'd be me) made it safely to the new house! There were many sets of stairs and twists & turns, none of which slowed them down or stopped the delivery. Even when it seemed some of the pieces were too big to fit through the doors, they made it happen with tenacity, grit and professional pride! The second day of the move, another trip from Ball Ground to Atlanta, went as smoothly as the first. They worked hard, never let up and never lost their smiles. My husband and I highly recommend Tate the Great Movers. We've had many moves over the years and none went as smoothly and professionally as this one. Hopefully, we won't be doing this again. But should we need movers, we know who to call - Tate the Great!

The Owner was very professional and courteous. He came to my home and gave me a quote that I couldn't refuse. His movers showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. They did a great job of packing and moving my items with no damage what so ever to my belongings. I loved their efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone moving who plans to move and wants a stress free move.

These guys are the best! They showed up on time and padded all of our furniture. The rates are good and we feel good about the decision that we made. We`ll most definitely recommend them to everyone.
