I bought an older townhome that still had ugly beige paint and the original wood trim throughout (window frames, door frames, baseboards, doors, etc.). It was a labor intensive job that required a lot of prepping, sanding, caulking, patching, etc. They were timely, thorough, and efficient. They were also polite and professional.
