Description of Work: Pam was a lifesaver for me. She and her assistant had to redo and finish up work on my shower and bathtub, which a previous plumber left unfinished after I paid him. Once started, the work went very well and fairly quickly. She also recommended someone to re-tile the bathroom and they both coordinated the work beautifully. I wasn't used to that after my experience with the first plumber and contractor, who both did such a shoddy job and barely communicated with each other. Never had that problem with Pam. She was usually available whenever I called her and the quality of her work was excellent. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for any future plumbing jobs.

Description of Work: Hired Pam to tie in a plumbing project to our house system. She did initial visit and sent out another plumber to do work when we were ready. Timely responses and gave some free advice about other issues. Work was done quick and site kept very clean.
