Empire Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: The technician examined the AC compressors. One needed coolant, which he added. He suggested that I purchase a service agreement, which I did. Doing so saved me money up front and will prolong the life of the HVAC system. He was extremely professional and courteous, arriving on time, explaining everything he did before doing it. I was definitely impressed and would recommend this company without reservation.

Description of Work: Repaired non-functioning air conditioning unit. Another provider had advised us that we needed a new system. Not so - Empire diagnosed and made the repair which was fairly simple! Hooray for them. When our maintenance contract expires with old company we are going with Empire - even their maintenance contract on our three systems is more economical.

Description of Work: Not sure the service was even provided. I had another contractor come behind Empire who not only ran a service check but fixed the issue. AC running fine now. Empire wanted to charge hundred on dollars for repairs I didn't need.

Description of Work: New water heater, fixed kitchen faucet and pipes. Could not fix garbage disposal. It had seen its last day.

Description of Work: Had HVAC completely replaced. The old one was in the crawl space under house, and the new one was installed in the attic. Overall, I'm very pleased with Empire and would absolutely recommend them. | |I will point out an excellent customer experience. My old furnace was completely dead, and It was very very cold. They went out of their way to get the heat up and running as quickly as possible, even going above and beyond a normal work day. They never promised this, they just knew how cold it was in the house, they took the initiative, and it was a real delight for them to offer and deliver. We slept soundly in a warm bedroom the night before they came out to finish adding the AC to the system. It's little things like that that makes a business exceptional! | |Oh.. and one another delight, they had some materials left over from another job and used them to cover up the gas line up the side of the house. Again, another surprise and great customer experience.
