I had a yearly tune-up of my HVAC system. The technician caused damage to my HVAC and replaced a gas valve that dangerously filled my basement with gas. Another technician fixed and found several gas leaks caused by the first technician. A third technician came out to clean up the mess.

it went great everyone was very nice and polite and wore their masks and feet covers. Cindy the Office Manager was the best. Every time I called they answered quickly and answered all my questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Empire. I first used them to replace both furnaces as ours were older and inefficient. We later installed two new compact units in our basement. We also use Empire for all our annual maintenance. They are awesome at scheduling, answering questions, and keep their quoted times. To many companies don’t respond to calls or are awful at schedule accuracy. It’s why I appreciate Empire.

I'm glad I got a second opinion! Another company diagnosed the problem as the air handler, requiring a replacement which would have cost me $400/hour in labor and which would have yielded no results. Charles spent a lot of time going deep to determine why the air handler was not working. Empire charges a flat rate, ensuring a fix at a fixed price. Charles fixed the problem the same day (a relay failure). They've now got my annual service contract. Thank you Charles, and Empire.

The fix turned out cheaper than expected. The technician ordered a few parts and once we were able to turn the hvac back on, it was determined that only a single part was needed. We appreciate them looking out for us and not spending more money than necessary.

We were Empire customers for almost 20 yrs. We forgave them for mistakes they made installing a new heat pump system (which cost us time & frustration when that system broke down), and for sending out a couple of technicians who were inexperienced and incompetent. We finally found two who were reliable, skilled and helpful. So we always requested one of them for our service, and kept our maintenance agreement with them for many years. After being a customer for that long, they started refusing to send him for appointments. Then they showed their appreciation for our loyalty by trying to double our rate to renew our agreement, all at once, with no explanation. When I complained, they refused to discuss it or negotiate with us, displaying a "take it or leave it" attitude instead. So if you're looking for an H & A company with no loyalty to long-term customers, who will send out ineffective technicians, and who will refuse to work with you, Empire is the one.

Fairly quick and some extra work tossed in- checking a leaky humidifier attachment to the furnace. Excellent explanations of the work performed and why winter performance should be better now.

Their service is phenomenal! I appreciate the excellent customer service and that they always have a polite, live human being answer the phone. I’ve used them for years, they are super nice people and I will continue to use them.

I used Empire to install two new systems, one replacing my old one and a new one in the attic to service our upstairs. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Chris helped walk me through all of my needs and come up with the best solution at a good price and Ken and Devin did an outstanding job with the installation. They were on time, detailed oriented and cleaned up after each day of work. If you need AC work done, big or small, give these guys a chance to earn your business.

We called Empire to give us quote on a new system. The person we needed to speak to was not available so we were sent to his voice mail. We never received a call back. We will not consider them in the future.

It was great. Their customer service rep met with us beforehand and went over what needed to be done. Then the crew came a week later and replaced the old furnace. I have liked everyone I have met at Empire and believe they strive to do their best.

The technician discovered a small leak in the refrigerant lines of the air conditioner and a small leak of carbon monoxide in the furnace. The AC unit was about 20 years old and the furnace about 30 years old. We thought it best to upgrade them both at the same time and agreed to meet with a sales agent, Chris. We researched the options beforehand and Chris surprised us with very reasonable recommendations based on our home, a 60 year old one story ranch. The new system included an American Standard Gold 80V furnace and American Standard Silver 16 air conditioner together with a new Honeywell digital programmable thermostat and a 4" pleated media air filter attached to the furnace. He actually saved us from overspending. In addition, Empire offered us a four year interest free payment plan. The installers came about a week later. October, by the way, is a good month for this sort of thing since demand is low. The two installers -- Ken and Pat -- were terrific. Very personable, very professional, very responsive to our questions. Ken even fixed our chainlink fence gate on his own initiative.

They did a fantastic job. I've never used anybody else since I've lived in Atlanta. Very responsive.

They quickly responded. Came out on a Saturday to fix it. But I think their prices are a little absorbent. One of the prices were to clean the coils on the HVAC unit. I think it was $179.00. I think he just sprayed something on it and hit it with a hose. When that was done. I think that it was a little absorbent for what was done. They came out on a Saturday and responded quickly.

They were nice enough to send the technician back who apologized for his mistake and corrected his mistake, or so I thought. The property owner sent a technician out who had to still correct previous mistakes.

They did a great job. They did an excellent job. I think the price was fair. I'd say the value was good. As far as I remember they were on time. They were very professional and competent and cleaned up after themselves and did what they said they would. I actually used them before about 10 years ago. I don't remember why I selected them the first time but this time I selected them because I'd used them before.

Very well. Was prompt, polite, professional, pointed out things that needed to be done, pointed out things that were an option to be done. Didn't try to up-sell, didn't beat around the bush about what needed to be done. Was thorough in both his inspection and explanation of the status of the system and the work that needed to be done. We elected to add on some of the things that he said he might suggest but were not necessary at a very reasonable additional expense. Our technician worked quickly, quietly, and effectively. Highly recommend.

My husband referred he tenants to them. The tenants were happy, and so were we. They did what they set out to do. That is what you pay them for. They are professional, punctuality. They guarantee their work. We have never had to call them back. The work speaks for the company.

I would say five years now. I don't really compare the price, so I suppose its ok. Just they are reliable, and I have used them before. They communicate very easy.
