Prompt, courteous, professional and above all, HONEST!! The technician was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service ...very professional. Changing the duct work on an older home was complicated and time consuming.

Empire called to tell me the technician was on the way. He arrived on time and was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, He went through my systems(in preparation for winter), changed the air filters and gave the systems a clean bill of health. He explained about Empire and what they offer and he was a pleasure to talk to, friendly, professional, Definitely an A++ job.

The representative showed up on time and presented himself friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Since I had two units, and I was unaware that the coupon I purchased only covered one, he immediately advised to go online and purchase an additional coupon so that he could inspect both units and replace both filters. He performed his job well and in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about his performance. I would definitely use this company again, and/or recommend it to someone else who prefers honesty.

It turned out to be interesting. They ended up giving me an estimate for some work which I didn't do too much comparing with other companies. It was much bigger than what other companies would have charged. I told them that and I expressed my discontentment with that. They ended up working with me on the price and refunding me some amount. Initially, I was upset with the high estimate but they're willing to work with me. They suggested a price close to $400. I ended up doing a little further research. It turned out most companies would've charged $250. I told them that and they got it down to closer to $300.

It was okay. It was a little pricey. I don't know If I would go back with them or not.

Scott was awesome. After living overseas for over a decade he showed me how to replace the filer in the unit. Nice, professional and easy.

Empire was great. They were punctual and professional. After a thorough evaluation of our system they identified the issue (a failed blower) and repaired the unit the following day. Our system is over a decade old and I'm very glad that they had the part and were able to fix the issue promptly.

The representative "Cutty" was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and articulate. You could tell he has great experience and competence in this field.

The service man arrived the same day as our call. After seeing the a/c; he informed us that the a/c we have in our condo is tied into the entire building and is a commercial grade unit. We would have to contact another company for that. He did give us the name of two commercial a/c company's. Even though Empire came out to our place; they refused to charge us or take any payment for the appointment. The entire experience from the initial phone call through the appointment was very courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.

It seemed like a routine service, though this was my first time needing someone to service my A/C. He found a leak and gave options for repair and to keep A/C running. They were helpful.

They were great. Arrived on time, professional and very knowledgeable.

It actually didn't necessarily meet my needs but the vendor was fine. It's only the type of deal that will work for you if there is like a problem cloud. There wasn't any additional charges to that. Two days later I had a problem again and had to pay to have them to come out again. With those things I probably wouldn't do that kind of deal. It's a complete waste of your money. It was sort of like a diagnostic. They looked at it and there was nothing going on at the time.

AC system was checked and service was very professional. Would use Empire AC again.

It didn't go good @ all 3 units was low on freon,the 4 ton was very empty it told 8 lb, instead of the svc provider testing for the leak he charged 2 of the units a 4 ton & the 2 1/2ton ,cost about $600 around 8hr later the 4 ton was empty again, I call the Co.Empire & they said they can replace the unit for about $4000.00,I had to call a reliable Co. from Miami to come up svc & repair my 3 a/c's $1400, today working great. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience with a contractor from Angie list, electraMedic installed a outside light $89 it work for 3 days ,call Co.out of business.

Scott was personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He didn't take too long and I was glad to finally understand why my HVAC system wasn't working.

Came to my condo in Midtown - checked the A/C unit - noticed that it was low on coolant - topped off the coolant - noticed that a capacitor was faulty - didn't have one on his truck so came out the next day and replaced the capacitor.

Inspected AC and said everything ok.

When the technician came on Thursday, I was told he couldn't do anything to fix our a/c because the lines were frozen. We had been hot for 2 days. I was particularly annoyed when he told me he would have to return the following day at a $61 charge for coming back out. I was not told to shut my a/c off the day before they came out which would have prevented the problem. I voiced my complaint on that issue and was told they would come out again without the additional charge. That was excellent customer service. The technician Jaren was very polite and helpful. He was also respectful of my home, putting on shoe covers to walk in the house. We will need a new a new a/c unit next summer and I will definitely be calling them to take care of that. They were able to put freon in to get me through the end of summer and I greatly appreciated that.

My 2 air-conditioning units stopped cooling the house in July (hottest part of the year). Had another company come work on it which they could not do - but cost me $700 where they put in lots of Freon. Scott from Empire came over, he was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had to remove some Freon and balance the pressure and voila everything worked. Its been 2 weeks and everything is working very well. Very professional service with great results.

Quick, friendly, efficient.

It went well. I used a $69 offer I had bought through Angie's List. When I asked another service provider whom I had used in the past if they would match that rate, they laughed and said there was no way that it was only going to be $69 considering we were in the middle of the hottest part of the summer. Technically, the other service provider was right - I believe there was a $10 charge for the air filter - but considering the age of my HVAC, I was holding my breath. The tech who came out said that it was old but in good shape. All in all, a good deal. I will use them again.

Very Professional - and the representative answering the phone worked with me to make sure I got the best price with the Angie's List deal because I ordered more than one package.

I paid extra for an emergency off hours call and was glad to pay it. Scott was on time, quick with the repair, polite and resolved my issue.
