Ace & A is a family owned & operated full service heating and air conditioning company with top expertise in sales, service and installation that has been serving the greater Atlanta area since 1975. Ace & A offers "true" 24 hour emergency service where you can reach a customer service representative anytime day or night. Ace & A offers free estimates on HVAC replacement equipment and also specializes in high efficiency replacements and upgrades. Ace & A ensures that all service technicians undergo extensive factory training each year giving them the utmost qualification to properly diagnose problems, repair units, and perform new equipment installations. Due to our extensive training and satisfied customers through the years we have been able to maintain an accredited A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our company strives to achieve zero complaints, but being in the service industry, we occasionally face this obstacle at some point or another. When we receive a complaint, the Ace & A team will do everything possible to make the situation right and the customer happy. Description of Work: I called for help with a broken air conditioner. I needed an expensive part replaced and was urged to get their yearly maintenance contract in order to get a discount on this service. It was a no-brainer, I had to! Tech's seem very professional although they continually warn me that I will need to replace the entire system soon. I have had 2 maintenance checks so far. Aside from one appointment that they forgot to put in the books, everything has been great.

Great our HVAC is cooling
Description of Work: The HVAC system on the second floor of our house stopped working and Chase was quickly able to deudce that there was no electric running to it. This was of couse caused by a switch that was in the off postion. A qucik flip up and we were able to get cool again.. All of this happened in about 30 mins.

Description of Work: Ace & A did an excellent job for me. The technician came first access the problems. He told me that my air condition needs a new motor. The company ordered a new motor an over night deliivery and fixed the air condition the following day. I believe the company did a very good job. I will definitely use their service again. Description of Work: I had Ace & A check out my furnace and air conditioner as a second opinion in order to discover if a previous service performer was accurate on their assessment of these appliances. I feel a very thorough professional job was done. While the charge was a bit high (and I used a $10 discount certificate found on your site) I feel it was worth it.
