I've used Ace & A for over 20 years and have them do annual service maintenance on both heating and A/C. The technicians always do a thorough, professional job and are good about communicating any known or potential problems. The office staff is friendly and good about letting you know about arrivals or delays. The system is aging and I will definitely consider them when I get quotes on a replacement.

Jermain diagnosed a faulty capacitor very quickly and replaced it. He also checked the pressures on both units and inspected both inside and outside units. He also provided some explanation of how the zone dampers worked and provided a recommendation on sealing up an air leak slot by one of our filters. He also offered an annual service contract if we desired. He was very courteous and answered all our questions.

The technician was scheduled same day arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave great advice and recommendations.

It needed a coil, I believe, and perhaps some freon. They were awesome showing up on Memorial day. Honest and reasonably priced.

Every step of the process was excellent from the initial repair call and scheduling, working with sales on a new system consult and the system installation experience. Because we were without air conditioning, they worked hard to get us in and scheduled a Saturday. Ace & A has always been fairly priced with excellent equipment and service. I maintain a yearly service agreement with them so that my Heating & Air equipment is checked out in the spring and fall to make sure everything is working properly. If there is a problem we can address it sooner than later and with a game plan so we don't have any emergencies. From purchase of replacement equipment to maintenance I have always been provided the highest customer service at reasonable prices.

I think it would have been done a lot better if I would have been at the house, then they would have known actually what I wanted done. Because I wasn’t home when the service was done, my son realized a couple of small errors. Need a little bit more attention to details, that’s it. It was all done in one day. They only had to come back one time to correct their errors and they were right on top of it. They made sure the job is done right. They made sure the customer was happy.

All went well. They were punctual and as advertised. No haggling! I would recommend them!
