 + 2 moreArrived when they said they would. Thorough job on carpets with many stains from an elderly pet that had recently died. All equipment truck mounted, so no noise or mess inside our house. Everyone I dealt with, from the woman who answered all my questions and set up the appointment to everyone in my home were all helpful, professional and courteous. The carpet seemed to take longer to dry than I expected, they were here late in the day and was dry in morning but not before we went to bed. Unsure if they could have extracted more water out, but even so, no complaints about the final appearance. Couch came back with no lingering smell of smoke, cleaned a total of 7 loose cushions also. Took longer than expected, but we did not need the couch right back.
Description of Work: Cleaned two large main family rooms of carpet and re-stretched a section of carpet in one room. Richard did most of the work, but all the other employees I dealt with were equally professional and pleasant. *Cost above for just carpet cleaning portion*. We also sent a couch to their shop to have it deodorized and cleaned (received couch from a heavy smoker).

Description of Work: CLEANED TWO BEDROOMS, HALL, POWDER ROOM AND AREA RUG. THEY ALSO SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED A LARGE SPOT ON THE BASEMENT CARPET.
