Great technician. I liked that they work on Saturday. It took about an hour and a half for the cleaning. They came when they he said he would. He was on time and finished the work. He was a good sales person when speaking about the company.

The guy was really nice and professional but I felt like the carpet didn't look much better after the cleaning. That being said, our carpet is really old and these people can't do magic.

Prompt, carpets cleaned well and did not take days to dry. However, carpets seemed a little stiff, like some solution left in.

It was great! Showed up in one hour window given, explained what he was going to do; completing in a timely manner. When he left, gave us bottle of stain remover and brush and instructions on use and also other remedies to remove pet stains! We were very impressed and will recommend and use this company again.

The tech Zac Frederick was very pleasant did a great job. He explained everything to me and they are very affordable. He got my carpets so clean I didn't think the stains would ever come out thank you Zac I will use you again.

They're just terrific. I have big rooms and sometimes, they'll say,"This might be a little more than the advertised price," and that's fine, because they do such a good job. They're punctual and neat. They always bring you a flower when they're through. They're just wonderful. They're clean and so sweet and nice and polite. I get mostly the high traffic areas done in my house, but they'll move stuff around if you want other things cleaned. They just couldn't be any nicer. I've gotten attached to them now.
