Everything was great except the cleaning product that was used had a very strong order. It was too strong to stay home until evening when it dissipated.

It went pretty well. Good job at a fair price.

Overall great. My only complaints would be that it felt a little like they rushed to get it done since it was a Saturday, and it took much longer to dry than they said, but it wasn't a big deal. I got a great deal and would probably use them again.

OK considering condition of the stains,

It went great. The job was done quickly & efficiently, and we are very satisfied. He also left us a spray bottle of spot cleaner -- to be refilled whenever they're in the area -- and a brush to go with it...as well as a note pad. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and we plan on using The Carpet Cleaning Company again.

I was amazed how great everything looks! I had planned on replacing my 19 year old carpet, but after it was cleaned it looked so good that I am putting replacement off. My steps however are worn and did not clean up as well as the rooms and hallway...so will have to figure that out!

Arrived on time, pleasant and courteous, missed a couple of small areas but on the whole did a good job.

Zack was great. I requested a call 15-30 minutes before his expected arrival (12-2pm window) and was quite impressed when he called shortly after noon to say he was enroute. Zack did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. My carpets look new again. Great job guys!

Initially we did have some problems with scheduling but they did show up on time when they did come out. They came out and suspected urine smell in one of the rooms and wanted me to upgrade and add the cost of a product that would remove the smell of urine. They stated they could not honor the deal unless we purchased the upgrade product. We declined and got a refund.

It went well; the carpet looked much better; he also explained other services that we might need and left a price list. He ran a little late but so did I; it worked out perfect.

They were on time and things went Smoothly.

Not a thorough cleaning whatsoever. I didn't even see dirty fluid emptied. Didn't move even the smallest piece of furniture which is what was stated would be done. Basically wherever he pushed the little machine is all that got clean, went around anything on the floor. 5 rooms, one person, less than one hour spent cleaning. I was expecting full service cleaning. So far 0 for 2 on Angie's list vendors. I will stick with home advisor in the future.

They have not followed up on a request to clean a soot made wirse by the spray sokution they left for me.

They had to delay a day, but arrived on time at rescheduled time and performed service to my satisfaction.

They got the spots out and cleaned the carpets.

Ok. Added set of stairs and a lot was missed in corners but they actually cleaned better than the last service did. Some color loss on stairs. Much wetter process than described. The high traffic area at foot of stairs was still wet the next day.

I think it's misleading that it is a portable machine that they use and that it is not truck mounted.

It went great. The scheduling was easy and Zach did a great job. He was on time and explained everything quite clearly. There were no hidden fees and he did a great job. The carpet looked great and we got our deposit back!

He called ahead, arrived on time and went to work. Sprayed spots in the carpet and cleaned, two hours later he was finished. Professional and tidy.
