Better Built Decks and Carpentry

This project was a deck rebuild and addition, not just a repair as listed. James did a fantastic job rebuilding and adding to our deck. He took our wishes and additions to the project and made them reality, better than we imagined. The finished product was nicer than we thought, high quality work. He had great ideas and made sure that they met with our approval. He was punctual throughout the project. He also stayed in touch with constant communication. He and his team cleaned up each day during the project to keep the project clean. He provided a great value for the money. I'll be using James again for other projects and will recommend him to my family and friends!

Fantastic Experience with our new deck. We spoke with many different contractors and James quickly bubbled to the top and we couldn't be happier for selecting him. He provided us exactly what he said; and then some. We had a very unique deck style in mind and James listened and gave fantastic recommendations. He incorporated only the best materials with everything larger than the other contractors. Example: 6x6 pillars vs 4x4, 2x6 step boards vs 1x4. He designed a privacy fence which is very stylish and our deck now is our favorite room in the house.

We needed new wood railings, posts and stair rails around our front porch, and after speaking with James, we didn't have to look any further for reasonable cost and honesty. He and his crew are detailed, professional, dedicated, and very pleasant. James and his business are "Cream of the Crop" as far as we are concerned. He completed the job when he said he would and for the price quoted. As he was leaving I handed him a list of other projects that we want to hire he and his crew for. YES, we will be hiring him again I'm sure.

James did structural repair including replacing a 14 step stairwell. James was very professional from the initial contact, reviewing the situation, providing an estimate and doing the job. He and his assistant were top notch as well as their workmanship.

James replaced a good portion of rotted deck, made suggestions and implemented ideas to reinforce weak areas, and improved the condition of an overall poorly built deck. James bought me a few more years before I need replacement. Would gladly hire again, and price was very reasonable.

James and his team did an amazing job of repairing structural deck issues due to settling and code violating defects caused by our original homebuilder 20 years ago. James' experience and ingenuity no doubt saved us thousands of dollars that we would have had to spend to rebuild the entire deck. We now have a rock-solid deck beneath our feet and will definitely be utilizing James going forward, Highly recommend.

James and his crew did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. We had to deal with alot of bad weather over the course of the project but James set expectations and I always knew when he was going to be on the job. My deck looks like a million bucks. I'm very pleased.
