Mr. Appliance of Dalton

Diagnosis made and called to have repair made. On date of appointment tech arrived almost with no knowledge of why he was at residence. He looked on his truck and could not find replacement part, and tech asked to see refrigerator again. I allowed him to do so. By this time I was confused. I called office, told lady what happened and she said part was not in stock and it was backordered. I told her I wish someone had told me. She said she will call me back. It has been four days and no call. I will not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, they told me the cost of repair was more than a new range. But that is what i needed to know!

Dryer was out. Heating element was replaced. Didn't realize how expensive repairs were!

Professional, experienced and quality work

My dryer was down and they came and fixed it. I m happy with their work.

They came when they said, most times earlier than expected. The technician really tried to fix the problem I was having. Although I eventually had to buy a new appliance they gave me a fair deal. Very nice people.

Double check all causes.

DO NOT HIRE!! I feel scammed. This is the worst company I have ever hired to come to my home. I have made numerous attempts for the past 1 1/2 weeks to have them come back after I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and still I have no working dryer. Wendy, the secretary , seems to have no clue what s going on and never answers phone or returns my calls. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

The only problem we had was that the "Finish by" date kept being moved. First it was possibly Tuesday, then Wednesday, then, Thursday and finally, during a mild protest call to their office, it was ultimately moved to Friday morning. Four-and-a-half days of living out of ice chests is not a lot of fun. On the other hand, the Tech, Mr. Derrick Bond, is good as gold in my wife's and my esteem. He is courteous, knowledgeable, considerate of your property (our kitchen, in this case) and very helpful with his recommendations after he finished. We very much appreciate Derrick.
