Called me immediately and came to my house within about 2 hours

The repair man was very friendly and professional. I had a shirt stuck under the agitator in my washing machine and could not get it out. This company advertises that your service call will be applied to the parts/labor required for the repair and they stated that they did apply my service call fee of $119 to the repair charge, but they charged me $250 for work that took about 10 minutes. I appreciated their service, but I am somewhat disappointed that they dangle a $119 service charge out there for something I know is a 10 minute fix and then when the repair guy gets to my house before he starts working he tells me that the charge to repair my washing machine is going to be $250. They sure did not tell me that over the phone when I called them and I told them exactly what was wrong so they could have told me that over the phone. It seems like all the appliance repair places use this tactic now, which isn't very fair to the consumer.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Had a loose wire, only took 5 minutes to reconnect, but the cost was $200. Appliance worked when he tested it, but two days later when we started to use it, it started kicking out the breaker. I sent Mr. Appliance a text and the technician can back the next morning and determined it was an electrical problem and I needed an electrician.

Was told it would be 89.00 for them to come out all they did was push one button and the bill was 150.00 to me that a rip off.

I was charged $150.00 and all the repairman did was turn the dishwasher on its side to drain water from the bottom tray. There was no water present. when he pulled the dishwasher out from the space he caused the line to leak. there was not a leak prior to him pulling it out. He caused the leak and told me I needed to replace the supply hose. He then said he might just try to tighten the fitting which did not help. He then asked if I had any Teflon tape and I said no. He finally found a little in his bag and was able to stop the leak, which he had caused. I usually try to give a positive review, but I just felt like nothing was actually performed to resolve the issue. He did say for me to just pull the dishwasher out and turn it on its side if I got the AE code again. Update: two weeks later and code AE is back! Really aggravated at the waste of money from this servicer. I could have used the $150.00 towards a replacement.

I received a call from Derrick Bond, he told me he worked in the north ga area, and he would charge $80 for a service call, he did show up found the problem, the whole time he was on his cell phone and the repair, charged me$230, he left me no receipt,{red flag, and said if he had to return I would not be charged a service call, TWO weeks later the door will not open, and derrick bond will not answer his phone, my family thinks he probably did not work for me appliance, If he does work for you, he needs to be fired, Frances Thompson, Chickamauga. and Derrick bond will not answer his phone, my family thinks he probably did not work for me appliance,

The repairman was polite & was knowledgeable .

Fixed out refrigerator, was able to get parts quickly as get us up ad running quickly.

The code on the washer said main computer cannot communicate with the motor control unit. I asked if the tech. could tell me exactly what was wrong? Was it the main board, MCU. connection, what part? I was told yes I would get a detailed diagnosis. He looked at the code on the machine and said, **the main computer cannot communicate with the motor control unit** Yes, but what part needs replaced? Well, he said, probably all of the circuit boards are bad. You know if one goes they all go so $926 to fix it but we use rebuilt parts that do not last long so I would recommend not fixing it. So for $89 he read the code off the front of the machine which I had done myself and was why I called. He did not open the machine, hook up a tester, run it to see what it did. Just stood there looking at it then tossed out $926 to fix. Honestly, I had hoped for a little more than that. Was it a sensor? Was it a loose connection? I just figured there would be some tinkering. And if the code said it all, when I told them over the phone what the code was and the tech knew there was no hope in figuring it out why not just tell me over the phone oh that code is the end for your machine? Why drive out here, not look at it, and then tell me that code is death for your machine? Oh and to tell you that in person heres your $89 dollar invoice. If he had pulled it apart then I get it. He said he had not seen a Maytag Series 2000 in years. Well, its a 2013 model so 8 years old. For a Maytag that does not seem to be **crazy old**.

They didn’t actually have to repair anything, refrigerator stopped making the noise and started to work before they arrived . We did get some good advice and reason for the problem.

Awful experience. Said he would order the part needed for our dishwasher, but then never followed up. We called him several times and he said he could not find the part. However when I went online and searched for the part I found it in many places. I guess he did not want to do the work.
