Twins called me about 20 minutes before scheduled time of arrival, and they arrived right on time. They were polite and very professional. The price for their services was fair and i would definitely hire them again.

Service was excellent all the way around. I called on the Monday after Thanksgiving and received very good customer service. Will and Landon came out Wednesday morning right at my appointment time. They showed me what they were doing throughout the process and had the main fixed in about an hour. They did a further assessment on the water line and gave me tips for future reference. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to anyone needing a plumber. Just awesome!

It went very well. They were fantastic!. I was shock at first because they were really twins. They did job quickly and clean up afterward. Everything was in work order. I highly recommended use them again in future project

They were fantastic!!? I paid for a septic tank cleaning but the nice young man e3eWho came out the first day informed me I didnt need this service but had a clog in my pipes he could have easily gone ahead and done it but he was honest and told me what he real problem was he spent 3 mhrs 3eTrying to fix the clog but was unable to the owners came out the next day and spent another 2 hrs and were able to fix the problem they didn't charge me any more money even though the amout of time they spent should have cost much more they were very prompt and called when they were on the way Very Very Pleased ?

Great guys they went out of there way to find the part needed and had all the tools to fix another issue that came up. Would definitely hire again.

REPLACED VALVE AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE ONLY SMALL COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THEY SHOWED UP AND HOUR LATE WITH NO PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING LATE.

The alarm went off on our septic tank. This usually signals a big expense. We called Twins Septic and their technician, Jeff, came the same day. He checked the system found out that an electrical box was broken and solved it by running an extension cord from the house to the box. He explained the problem in a way we could easily understand. Being retired and not septic tank experts understandable explanations help! Of course we will have to get an electrician to fix it but the point is that Twins Septic solved our problem quickly and the important thing is that they could have very easily sold us a pump that we didn't need and they didn't. Their honesty and prompt service will make us use their services for any future plumbing or septic problems

We had this job priced by someone else first and Twins was significantly better priced. They were on-time and nice to work with. Prior to our appointment the hubby and I attempted to run a new water line from the fridge to the saddle valve in the crawl space. Saddle valve was leaking. They fixed that on short notice for no additional charge.

Very professional in all respects. They answered all of my questions and charged a reasonable price for top quality work. I have used them for septic pumping and other plumbing issues and remain very satisfied with the results. Superior in all regards to the other providers I have tried in the past. Save yourself time, aggravation and money and call The Twins!

Just moved into a house with a septic tank and wanted to have it pumped and learn more about how to maintain it. Jeff was able to come out soon and pumped out tank (charging me an extra $50 because it was over-full, which was fine). However the PVC pipes taking water out to the drain field was gone and he didn't have one to put in. Unfortunately he had to come back a few days later to put it in and I thought $300 was a lot to charge to spend 10 minutes putting a PVC pipe into the drain inlet. I was also hoping to get some information on septic chemicals and how to maintain the tank but didn't. I may use this company again to pump my tank but if I need to have something done I'll research it more or get estimates from other companies as well.

I called Landon and Will of Twins Plumbing and Septic after my Parents' house got a complaint regarding their septic system drain field. They came out the next day and I found them to be both friendly and professional. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and sent me a bid to share with my Parents and as someone dealing with unwell Parents and handling their affairs, I appreciated that. They ended up pumping the tank, putting in a diverter valve and adding 160 new feet of drain field piping. The entire process took about 13 days and the actual work was all done in one day. After looking around at pricing for this type of work, their price fell into the normal expenditure range of $3000-$10000. -Jenny

Great guys. On time, reasonable price, clean and added a threaded spigot for me to do it myself in the future if ever needed. Would recommend them to anyone. Plan on using again for some other work.

Everything went well. They were all pleasant to talk to and to deal with. Very professional, Very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and everything I needed to do moving forward. They were honest in telling me the things that I could wait several years to do before it was really needed. I very much appreciated that. There was no pressure to do things now, When it wasn't critical to do those things now. First Class company. They will be the guys I call in the future. And the company I would strongly recommend to my friends.

We had our plumber (Nick at Integrated Plumbing Solutions) come out Wednesday and told us we needed our septic system pumped. Twins came out that Friday (weather was bad on Thursday). First of all our house is 9 years old and we have lived there a little over 2 years. At the time we bought the house, we had a lengthy home inspection and in the entire process of the purchase of our home did it ever say we were on a septic system. When we called Twins Septic they informed us that this is not uncommon so we didn't feel quite so bad. Lance and Will came out when they said they would (and yes they are identical twins!) The entire process took 40 minutes and we were expecting a 3 to 4 hour job since our septic had probably NEVER been cleaned. They were extremely knowledgable and friendly and put us at ease. Thankfully the drain field was ok and once the tank was cleaned they scoped it and everything looked fine--no damage. They had to unclog the drain leading to the tank and replace the filter but that is understandable. They even recommended a special cap to put on the overflow that would pop out if we ever had a future back up--it would go into the yard and not in the house. We feel better about having it but we will definetely be on top of regular maintenance with Twins Septic from now on! They gave us a nice folder with info on how to take care of our system. They even cleaned up the mess from the overflow and didn't tear up our yard. We couldn't be happier with this service and are extremely grateful to be able to do laundry again! The service was fine. I didn't like the price. Sometimes they give you the big deal price, then they tell you that because it is this size, or this big, they have to increase the price.

Landon and Will arrived exactly on time for the three calls that were necessary due to the nature of my problem. They spent nearly an hour investigating to see if they coudl find the leak. There were no visible clues so they referred me to a leak detection service which avoided digging up my yard to find the leak. After the leak was located Landon and Will fixed it quickly and were careful to show me the quality of thier work before burying it. Everything was high quality and very well done. I especially appreciate thier attention to detail after the job was done. They replaced everything and cleaned up PERFECTLY. It was impossible to tell that they had disturbed anything inside the house or out in the yard. By far the best clean-up I have seen. The cost of the service was reasonable and what I expected.

These guys are great! I just purchased a pre-owned home in the Dallas area and never had a home with a septic tank. Fearing a back up during the winter months, I called the twins for help. They came out immediately, were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they did and why they did it every step of the way. I felt their price was very reasonable. I was so pleased that I plan to use them again for their plumbing services!

It was okay. I still have some problems with the handle, it's not stopping, it keeps going round and round but I didn't call them and tell them about it so it's probably my fault. We did get response from them. I didn't deal with them but I didn't hear any complaints. The final thing didn't work the way it was supposed to.

The twins arrived on time and got right to work. The water heater had a spark igniter that wasn't functioning. The twins used an old spark igniter they had in their van to jury rig the water heater to start. They informed me to have the parts sent to me from the manufacturer since the water heater was still under warranty. That was a life saver and very clever of them to figure out a way to start it without the actual parts. The next part was more standard, we had a leaky toilet that I thought might have to be replaced, but one look at it and the twins saw that the tank just needed to have some parts replaced and rebuilt. Great experience, would definitely use them again!
