The actual twins both came today to perform the service. They were both very professional, prompt and courteous and explained everything fully.

GREAT!!! I am always very satisfied with the work Twins Plumbing provides. Going above & beyond what the job requires. In our old house, they have unclogged drains, installed new appliances, water heater, dishwasher, kitchen sink/faucet, water filters, & cleared septic lines from the house. Believe me, I will have them out to do much more work. They're honest, priced competitively, really good people. They treat your home as if it were their own. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Twins did a FANTASTIC job!! I called them around noon on Monday (10.10.16) and they said they could get to me between 11am - 12pm on Tuesday (10.11.16). They showed up at exactly 11am. They fixed the leak as requested, and a loose faucet without me even asking. They worked quickly and cleaned up after the job was finished. I will definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

These guys came out and did the pump out. I purchased this service through the Angies List website....They were in a massive hurry, it was Friday, and kinda felt like they fit me in as a last minute thing. I had questions and instead of talking with me they just pumped the tank out and took off. Really didn't want to deal with anything or stop to talk with me about the issues I was having. I understand, but I was annoyed because of the questions I had left unanswered; I had another company come out and assess the issue I was having and ended up paying them 3200 to do the field replacement. Not just pump it out and take off.

I was very satisfied. The two technicians arrived on time and brought the right equipment. I have not owned this house but for a year, and was unsure of where to dig for the tank lid. The technicians called the local health department and retrieved the schematic showing both them and me where the lid is located. They also carefully showed me the tank once it was open. They replaced the dirt very carefully and cleaned everything very well. I would definitely call them again.

It went very well! They were able to squeeze in a 30 minute job into their schedule. The price was very fair (plus, they take care of Angie's List members)

Wonderful service and pleasant employees! Their high level of customer service was noted from the time I called to make an appointment, and continued on with the guys that came out to perform the service. All of my questions were answered, and the guys on site even walked me through the process. Arrived promptly, did not tear up my yard and completed the work in a timely fashion!

They arrived right on time. Very friendly, polite and professional. They located the source of the leak and were able to make the repair as quickly and as efficiently as possible. While at our house for a separate problem, the gas company found a large gas leak in our 20 year old hot water heater. It was the Wednesday afternoon before a 3 day weekend. I called Twins Plumbing on Wednesday to see if I could get our hot water heater replaced and the gas leak fixed. I wanted the work done before the long weekend so my family and I wouldn't have to take cold showers for 4 days. The twins set up an appointment for Thursday morning and showed up on time to look at our existing equipment. They were extremely professional and described all the work and parts that were needed upfront. By Thursday night I had a very reasonable written quote and an appointment to have our hot water heater replaced the following morning. Twins Plumbing called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up at our scheduled appointment time Friday morning. Once again they were friendly and professional. They removed our old equipment, fixed the gas leak, and installed our new hot water heater. They took time to explain how to adjust and maintain our new water heater, and answered all our aditional questions. I would highly recommend Twins Plumbing to anyone who wants great work and superb service at a fantastic price. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

They had to dig up part of yard to get to septic tank. Did a good job and explained everything thoroughly.

In this day and age of trying to find a reputable company to do home repairs, it was nice to find Twins Plumbing on Angie's List! The twins are professional, prompt, provided GREAT customer service and follow-up to installing a new exterior water line at my home. What made it even better was they were able to snake the line under my driveway which saved me thousands of dollars in repairs! Definitely call Twins Plumbing - you will not be disappointed!

Jeff chopped up the grease blocks that were preventing the water to flow through. As always , he did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company for septic problems

The technician, Jeff, arrived on time and dug out the lid to the tank and pumped it. He clearly described what he was doing, and he also took the time to explain how a septic tank works. They gave me a very fair price. I will definitely call them again for plumbing and septic tank work.

We have used Twins for both septic and plumbing. They are very trustworthy, professional and friendly. Twins were always on-time and they get right to work. They offer a senior discount and a military/veterans discount and are former servicemen themselves. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I knew where the tank access was so it was all very easy. Took very little time and the provider was very polite and efficient.

Our septic tank had never been pumped in 30+ years. We weren't having any problems however felt it was time to have it pumped. Thank goodness we did as it was filled to the top. Jeff from Twins Septic arrived on time, located the tank and pumped it in the pouring rain. The price was $50.00 more than quoted due to the tank being so full. We also received a 5% senior discount. We were very satisfied with the service /price and will use this company in the future for any plumbing or septic tank problems. Would highly recommend Twins Septic and Plumbing to anyone.
