Experienced and honest. We have been in the Plumbing and Septic business for many years, it is not only our livelihood, but it is our life, we love what we do! We both live in the Paulding County area and we just want to give something back to our community. We do this by hiring honest, friendly, clean, drug-free professionals that you would welcome into your home. Our service trucks are fully prepared to handle all your needs; we do not want to take any more of your time than we have to. Your time is very important to us. Description of Work: Cleaned out the shower drain but as the cast iron drain pipe is so old was not able to help much. |Repaired a bad leak in the copper pipe to a spigot on back deck. Added Quarter turn shutoffs to drain pipe in winter, and added a quarter turn shutoff to the spigot its self. |The twins came the day after I called them at the exact time promised. They are extremely courteous, helpful, and want to please. |I have used them before and have the greatest respect for them. |I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I had a whole house plumbing inspection done on a rental house. The tenant had called to tell me they had a really high water bill and the water company would give them a credit if they could show the problem was identified and fixed. | |The whole house inspection results were: |1. One toilet had the tank leaning against the wall and a broken toilet seat. Recommended replacement of older toilet (said it would cost almost as much to rebuild the inner parts) - $325. |2. The water pressure valve was rusted and could not be adjusted and needed to be replaced - $325. |3. Water heater's copper line was not soldered as it should be and the venting pipe needed to be replaced (parts there wasn't any pipe, just had silver tape). I recalled this was unfinished work from when a family member had replaced the water heater for me years ago. - $175 | |Approved the Water heater work and pressure valve replacement which happened on Feb 09. I elected not to invest an additional $325 for a new toilet at this time. I had family member take care of the toilet: he replaced a worn out flapper and broken toilet seat. Double checked tank connection, etc. to be sure no leaks were occurring - $18.
