Very professional company. I'm very impressed with these guys. They were very courteous, professional, got out to the house on time and got right to work. They made nothing of the thick Georgia clay over the septic tank, got it uncovered in no time with shovels, pried it open and got it all slurped out of there. They gave me a solid assessment of the tank. I was especially pleased to find a company to do this that was HONEST. My neighbors across the street had a real nightmare situation happen to them with a different company. I found out about these guys here on Angies List and went with the positive reviews. I'm sure glad I did, I'll tell y'all that. I think honesty and integrity should be rewarded highly in this life, so I'm giving these guys an A++ all around for being complete pro's. I'll definitely use them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Awesome job. Very fair pricing. I made several calls to other plumbers and Twins Plumbing offered the best price. They were also available to do the installation the next day. Overall it was a great experience, they were in and out within an hour, everything was cleaned up and very professional service. Twins plumbing is our plumbing company! We will use again.

Landon and Will showed up on time and were great throughout the process of maintaining our septic system. They made sure I understood every step of what they were doing and also pointed out some ways that I might improve the overall performance of the tank and the field. When I asked them about additional options such as expanding the size of the field they took a lot of time to answer all of those questions too. They even checked out some plumbing that looked like it might have been added post-construction and might have bypassed the septic system. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality septic or plumbing services!

I was apprehensive about choosing a plumber, having had a number of subpar experiences with others. But these guys were excellent. They responded quickly, fit us in the next day, quoted exactly, and then adhered scrupulously to the original quote for the original work. As I recall, the water heater and installation came to $749 for a 40 gallon State Select gas-fired unit rated at 254 therms. I don't have a frame of comparison for the price but don't mind paying a good price for good work by people who will stand behind it. They also installed a new expansion tank (+$50) after determining the bladder in the old one had failed. They demonstrated the recommended maintenance procedures. When it turned out that the master pressure regulator was broken, they demonstrated that to me with a pressure meter and discussed the options. When replacing a previously cracked and dripping shutoff valve, they rearranged the pipes around it to make other shutoffs more accessible, logical, and sturdy. The previous installation had made it impossible to replace the shutoff without replacing some of the pipes around it. They explained everything they were doing, including the fact that the reason the old water heater had leaked at the inlet and outlet after only 8 years was because the previous plumber who installed it had not used dielectric couplings to join pipes of dissimilar metals. A few days later I had them back to replace faucets and the standpipe for a laundry area. When done, they put the area back just as it was before. Their work looks neat and they cleaned up well after themselves. They explained anything I asked about. They feel smart, fair, and honest. I'm glad to have found them and they'll be my first call for future work.

I did research and compared prices and reviews to have our septic tank pumped in the Smyrna area. After looking around, I found Twins Plumbing and Septic. Twins Plumbing and Septic came out and pumped our tank within two days of initially contacting them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They identified some issues that need to be repaired in the future and provided a fair estimate of costs. We will definitely be going through this fine company in the future; highly recommended to all!

Their analysis was thorough and they explained the process very well. They were prepared and located the tank and drain field easily. They accessed the tank with minimal disruption to the landscape. The price included a complete pump out for a 1000 gallon tank and a written detailed report of the system and components. They also gave us great tips to maximize the performance of the system and prevent costly repairs.

The service was great! The phone was answered on the first call and they were at my home the same day! I needed my septic tank pumped and was tired of getting the run around (no one answers or hidden fees when they come to do an estimate!). The Twins were great! Excellent!These guys were such a pleasure to deal with! First of all, they are very professional on the phone. They were articulate regarding the pricing and what was included with the service as wel. As answering any questions regarding septic tank care. This is my first house with a septic tank so I am a total rookie. I called on a Friday morning and they promised to be at my house Monday morning ( I had my doubts). They called ahead and showed up on time. It took a little bit to find my tanks, but once they were located, it took them about 2 hours to dig holes to access my tanks, drain them, and cover them up again. They also educated me on the tanks since I had never seen a septic system before. I really enjoyed working with and talking with the Twins (they really are twins!!!) and will use them in the future for septic tand and plumbing services. 2 thumbs up!!!

Their service was excellent. They were quick, professional, and they did the work they said they would do at the price they said they would do it at. They took extra care to try not to mess up my yard as much as possible. They did a better job than I expected them to do.

Their service was excellent. They are twin brothers that were very nice and polite. It was the hottest day in the summer that they dug out the septic tank and flushed it out. They were very nice about doing it. We were very happy to have them.

I called Twins Plumbing and Septic, and first of all they answered the phone. I called several other companies and all I got was a recording. I wanted to talk to a person. The person I talked to was very nice. I told him the problem I was having and he said they would come out and see what was going on. He asked me what was a good time for me and he worked around my schedule and was ON TIME. The twins were very personable and explained to me everything that needed to be done and how much it would be. As they worked to replace my water line I asked a lot of questions and they had no problem explaining to me what they were doing. The work was done as they said it would be and they cleaned everything up nicely. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issue I have. I'm glad that there are still companies out there that are as nice and professional as the Twins.

I called the Twins (yes they are identical Twins) at Twins Plumbing and Septic because I had a leaking water heater. They arrived on time and ready to go to work. They looked at the heater and recommended that it be replaced due to the tank leaking. They explained that they would bring it up to current code and could have it installed the same day. I agreed to the price and they left to go pick up the new water heater. They were back within an hour! They had it installed and the work area cleaned up by 12 noon. William explained the lighting procedure and the operation of the heater and asked if I was satisfied with the work performed. I thought that was a sign of a true professional and a company that cared about their customers.

The overall job went really well. They got it inspected, and the inspector was happy. They covered it up. It has been working fine. I had interviewed several of them, and they gave us the best as well as the lowest price. They completed the work on time. They didn't tear up the rest of my yard up. They did whatever was needed to do. They covered it up and put the hay. They did a really good job. They did exactly what they said they would do. The job was very acceptable to us. I will be using them again after a couple of months for some other work.
