It was good. I have no problem with the garage door right now. It was awhile back so I don't recall. I was satisfied with the job that was done.

They were great to work with. We needed 2 garage doors installed and they came to the house to give us an estamite giving us several options on doors to choose from. When I asked questions on the difference between the doors they answered them and gave me their opinion on which one they felt would be best for what I wanted. We received a couple of other estimates but thought that IDC was the best price and I liked their professionalism. We called them to order the doors but couldn't remember the exact color we picked. They sent us the paint chip samples so we could get the right color match then ordered the doors when we called them back. When they came to install the doors they were on time and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up everything when they finished. They made sure everything was working perfectly. They said if we had any questiions or concerns to call them and they would take care of it for us. Everything has worked great. I would recommend using them. Very friendly to work with.

Susanne was quite prompt and courteous working with me long distance. My parents were buying a new home in Georgia (I am located in Columbus, Ohio) and I wanted to surprise them with the latest and greatest garage door openers for their new home after closing. Susanne arranged for Greg to meet us at the new house a few days after closing (I also drove to Georgia to meet my parents and help them with the move details). Greg arrived onsite Monday (2/2/15) and was quite punctual, professional, and courteous. We discussed the job details (removing the two older openers and installing the new ones that I provided) and everything went rather well. As a more meticulous person (possible overachiever), I strive to ensure that everything is perfect to the best of my ability. I had to ding Greg on "Quality" because of the following pet-peeves of mine (of course this is merely my opinion and may not matter much to others): 1. Garage Door Openers: I purchased these units (about $280 each) and had them ready brand new in their boxes for Greg to handle. When performing the rail assembly and such, I noticed that Greg sat the openers on the garage floor? Of course, the motors shifted around while working on the rails, so the bottom of both openers now have visible scratches on them. My preference would have been to place them on a piece of cardboard or some sort of moving blanket to protect the nice exterior of the motors. 2. Wireless Keypads: I had to prompt Greg toward the end of the process to install these (as I do believe that he wasn't going to install them; thus leaving them for us to possibly install). Both were installed but one was visibly installed "crooked." I unmounted and remounted the keypad to correct this problem. 3. Wall Control Units: Greg did an excellent job getting the two wall controls next to each other and visibly squared up with each other. However the one unit was "loose" and upon further inspection, everytime you pushed the button, the unit popped away from the wall. I took the one wall console down and notice that the wall anchors were not installed. I added the drywall anchors and this fixed the issue. 4. Clean-Up: I had to do the clean up once installation was complete. There were wire-bits left all over the floor but no biggie there. Overall the service was quite good. The openers work flawlessly and Greg did exactly what we wanted him to do. However, quality is one of my huge pet-peeves; kinda like looking through a glass window and it's super streaky from whomever cleaned it. I strive to keep quality levels high and I think that it was visibly apparent that "we" were possibly those people who wouldn't expect anything less; meaning that I checked on Greg regularly to see how he was progressing and asked plenty of questions. Would I used IDC again or recommend them to friends/family.... CERTAINLY! They did an excellent job and I am confident in their work. Thanks for reading! Dennis

This service was fine. He did have to come back for a repair, but he did that for no extra charge. Overall I am happy with the work.

THE GENTLEMAN EXPLAINED THAT THE SERVICE CALLWAS $125.00 RIGHT OFF THE BAT, WHICH I APPRECIATED. HE THEN EXPLAINED THAT GARAGE DOORS CAN COME OFF THEIR TRACKS AND THAT HE DIDN'T SEE THAT ANY PARTS HAD TO BE REPLACED. I THEN ASKED HIM TI CHECK THE RUBBER LINER AND HE AGREED IT COULD USE TO BE REPLACED. HE HAD THE LINER AND THE THE COST WOULD BE $25.00. I O.K'D THE COSTS, HE DID THE WORK AND THE GARAGE DOOR HAS WORKED THE BEST SINCE I MOVED INTO THE HOUSE.

I'm very pleased with them. They provided all the service. They showed up on time. They were professional. They were excellent in all categories. The price was reasonable.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went fine. They were on time. They were efficient. The price wasn't that cost-effective. I believe they came out very quickly.

This is the 3rd time I have used IDC. The first was to have my garage doors tuned up which included having several rollers replaced. The 2nd time was this past July when the main spring for our 2 car garage door broke and needed to be replaced. Yesterday Nathan repaired our single car garage door. Nathan performed all 3 services. He was professional , on time and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend IDC to anyone that needs to have their garage doors serviced.

They replaced the garage door rollers, adjusted the tension and straightened the door - it was a little bit crooked. Kevin was on time, very outgoing, friendly, and did a great job on my garage door. It is very quiet and runs smoothly. I will definitely call him if I need any work done on the door again.

I cancelled the call and requested a refund of my $89.99 which Angie's List finally did and placed an order for another service after checking whether they came to Fayetteville.

They were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

initially, he was about ready to install a new system. I adjusted the laser eyes and it begun working again.

They are very responsive to my needs. They ask good questions to get an idea of what's wrong with the door. They scheduled the appointment as soon as possible. He was a little late, but he had called me to let me know and I was ok with it. He's very pleasant competent professional. I love my new door. They are lovely people to work with. He cleaned up the old pieces when he was done.

These folks are wonderful! I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them should I have a problem with my garage door, which, unfortunately, is likely since it's old and not in the best of shape overall.

It went very well. They came out within 2 weeks of me purchasing the certificate and I didn't spend anything extra. I always admire when somebody says when they're going to come and they show up at that time. So they kind of set the tone so at least they start off on the right foot by being prompt. So they were not wasting my time or theirs and that was good. I recommended them to other people I knew.
