We were very pleased with the professionalism and prompt response we received when contacting IDC Garage Door. Nathan and Susanne worked to find the best solution for our needs, and gave us several options, all at a reasonable cost. They accommodated our tight schedule, and helped us replace our original doors and motors before a painting project. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the doors and motors installed, and the outstanding service provided by Greg. The project was completed on schedule at the quoted price. Nathan, Susanne and Greg were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them. We'd certainly contact them again with any future needs.

Our teen backed up into a half open, solid wood, double garage door and bent the metal support braces. The door wouldn't go up all the way as a result. I called IDC and Nathan Webb came out to assess the job within a few hours. Nathan said that Plan A would be to replace the metal supports and hope that the door would no longer bow out. Plan B would be to replace the door with one as close to the original as possible to match the third garage door. If Plan A didn't work, Nathan said that he would not charge us for that portion of the fix and that he hoped that Plan A would work since the custom door would cost about $3000! Nathan returned in less than 24 hours, installed the new braces in less than 30 minutes, tuned up the door, hauled away the old braces and charged us only $360. AWESOME!!! We purchased our home three years ago I hired IDC to check out the garage doors since the double door was much louder opening than the single door. Nathan checked it out, made minor adjustments and said "no charge". I asked him if he could install a remote keypad so that we'd have access without a key and he had one on his truck. It was installed within minutes and it was only $60. This keypad has worked flawlessly for three years now. I highly recommend IDC. Both Nathan and Suzanne are polite, professional and responsive. The work that we have contracted has been completed within an amazing time frame and is of the highest quality.

The service tech, who was the CEO according to his card, came to the house to do a door service and roller replacement purchased through Angies List. We described the issues with the door and after spending almost an hour diagnosing the issue recommended replacing the older builders grade product with a new opener. We agreed with his recommendation. He returned on time the next day and installed the new opener and completed the overall door service. He was very friendly, patient and professional.

The price beat all of my other estimates. My other estimates were from Overhead Door and Precision. Susanne was very good at updating me on the time of arrival. Greg installed the door and was very nice and professional. I'd definitely recommend this company. Precision refused to connect the door to our existing opener and Overhead couldn't show me what our door would look like. IDC did both of these a better price. Two thumbs up for this company!

I used IDC Garage Door LLC. They were here in February 2015. It cost $235. Then the garage door was not closing or opening. I called them and they came again right after and took care of it. Then they charged me more, I don't remember how much it was. The pricing was good.

Nathan was extremely proficient at his job. He installed two garage doors for my house. When I initially met with him for the estimate, he seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he wasn't trying to cheat me in any way. I'd screened four companies for this job, and Nathan was definitely the technician who had the highest level of integrity, and I felt very confident that he could get the job done. What I liked most about him was that he was attentive to details in a way that let me to believe that he would not leave anything undone. I spoke with Suzanne, his office manager, on numerous occasions. She walked me through the website for the garage doors so that I could choose the best ones for my house. I ended up going with a relatively high-end door (not the most expensive, but definitely not the cheapest) so that I could get a wood grain finish. Suzanne was extremely helpful and didn't rush me. She also put me in contact with the maker of the door (in the Atlanta metro area) so that I could go out there and look at a sample of it in person. Suzanne also showed me a picture of the garage doors that she has installed at her own house, and this helped me to make my decision. After installing the doors, Nathan cleaned up everything very well. As a matter of fact, my garage was cleaner when he got done with the installation than it was when he began...no lie! I rarely give all A's to a contractor, but I do think that it is well deserved in this case. I strongly suggest that you hire IDC for your garage door work.

My door wouldn't close. The chain was hanging down and the motor was making a horrible sound. Advised me that my chain-drive motor wasn't enough for my heavy, solid-wood door and that the bearings had worn out over the past 10 years. Offered to replace the gears in the existing motor, knowing they will simply wear out again, or replace the opener with a stronger, belt-driven one. I opted for the latter. He was in and out the same day and made sure everything was working perfectly.

Nathan was on time for the appointment, finished the install promptly for the agreed to price. Very satisfied with the service.

We noticed door spring had broken on Christmas Day when we could not open the garage door. Called first thing Saturday, December 26, and left message. Got call back and provided technical details about door so technician would have the right parts when he showed up later in the day. This was repeat business, as we have used this company for garage door tune-up and also for replacement of electric door opener in the past. Technician arrived on schedule mid-afternoon, replaced the broken spring set and the cable. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Paid by check, although credit card payment was offered, too. Receipt will be sent to us by email. We keep their phone number on the wall by the garage door opener switch.

On Sunday night we discovered that our garage door was not working. It was a slight emergency because we have a newborn and the only car we have to use with our carseat was stranded in the garage. So I called Susanne from IDC at 9 pm that night. She responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes and she talked me through how to get the car out by ourselves (just so we would have peace of mind overnight). We got the car out of the garage that night and then their tech came out the next morning and fixed the broken springs and did general maintenance on the door. Susanne really went above and beyond in her quick response and helpfulness. Could not have had a better experience!!!

During the initial call Suzanne asked detailed questions. Because she is knowledgeable about standard garage hardware she had me re-measure the strut size I initially requested. She knew I was requesting the wrong size. THANK YOU Suzanne! She had me send video / pictures of the problem. She gave the available times and explained what to expect when the installer /fixer arrived. Quick, easy and detailed scheduling process. Nathan, the fixer, was professional and friendly. He presented his business card, a hand shake and a friendly smile. He inspected the garage door, reproduced the problem, explained what he was going to do to fix it and the price. In addition to the basic fix I requested Nathan, recommended and made a few minor fixes to prevent future problems ? tightening the spring and the screws in the bracket. The fix was fast, affordable and exactly as requested. I will definitely use IDC again and have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors.

I called them on a Wednesday morning. They were going to try and get by that day which was awesome but were very busy and rescheduled for Thursday morning later that day. Thursday Nathan came by to look at the damage and said it was not as bad as it looked. He could get the door back on track but it was a 2 person job to make sure none of the panels would get bent during the adjustment. He would be back that afternoon with his son. He and his son came back later and fixed the garage door. Things l Iiked: Seemed to be a family company. I didn't feel like I was getting taken. A local company (to me) and I like helping local companies.

well, a little miscommunication on whether to replace rollers on both doors or not but returned the next day to complete job. no biggie.

Nathan, who is also the CEO came out the same day I called and replaced a broken torsion spring for my garage door that would no longer open. Also oiled all hinges for my garage door. My door works like brand new. If you like working with Owner/Operator type companies I would give Nathan a call. Very informative and true professional.

IDC was very punctual and called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. Our garage door would not open with the use of the garage door opener and the remote would not work. The repairman reset our opener, oiled the tracks, did a once over/tune-up and voila - our garage door was working again! I highly recommend IDC!

Nathan was extremely prompt. In fact he called to see if he could arrive early! He was very courteous and professional. Listened carefully to what I wanted done and despite the age of my garage door openers, did not try to pressure me into purchasing new ones. In fact his exact words (if I am remembering exactly correctly) were "I don't believe in replacing something that isn't broken". I was very impressed by that. They sound incredibly better and run much more smoothly now. The price was exactly what was quoted me on the phone.He worked quickly and efficiently but also fully. He made sure I was satisfied with everything he had done before leaving. I would absolutely use him again.

I purchased the $89.00 special which included an inspection of up to three garage, tune-up, and replacement of rollers for one of the doors. Nathan came out at the designated time and did a great job with servicing my garage doors. He replaced the rollers on the door that was the nosiest and lubricated the rollers on the other two. The noise level is much better for all three doors. Thanks Nathan for a job well done!
