Suzanne was very polite and professional when setting up the appointment date/time for Nathan to come to my home. Nathan was on time and was very easy to talk to. He told me exactly what he was going to do as far as servicing the garage door. He replaced the worn out ball bearings with new ones. Now my garage door is much quieter when it is opened. I also asked him about replacing some basements doors with a single garage door. He did some measuring and had Suzanne call me back with a quote. I will definitely use them again.

Shortly after I purchased the deal from Angie's List I got a call from Susanne at IDC Garage Door LLC. She was calling to schedule my appointment for the service. It took a couple of days to get an appointment set because of my calendar, not theirs, but she kept in constant contact via phone and email to get it scheduled. I was impressed that Susanne contacted me before I could call the company. She was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Nathan was also very professional and courteous, and he took the time to explain what he'd done and to provide some information on keeping the door in good working order. I am very pleased with the results. My garage door is quieter now when opening and closing and it doesn't shake anymore. I would definitely call them again.

Fantastic! My initial calls to set up the service were answered promptly. The tech showed up on time. Every step of the service was explained - I like to ask questions - with no hesitancy and absolute respect. My motor is loud so I inquired about a new one. I was in no way pushed toward purchasing a new motor but the pros and cons of keeping my current system versus buying new were explained. I was also quoted a price for a new motor that will be valid for several months. I opted to wait on the new motor but will replace it sooner than later and will unequivocally use IDC. They were extremely professional, proficient and congenial!

The overall experience was great. Nathan arrived within the window scheduled and finshed the job promptly. He checked my garage door thoroughly and replaced the rollers. I was very pleased with their work.

IDC called the day after I purchased the coupon rate at Angie's List and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The technician showed up on time and did great work. Even put the frame back into the wall, which had come loose, and was not part of the "tune-up" purchased.

Before, it would take on average 3 attempts to close the garage door. After the service, it rolls smoothly and quietly. Nathan is very professional and quick.

He was great! He was honest and he was even tall enough he didn’t need a ladder. He fixed everything for us and saved us some money. I have already called him back since then and would definitely use him again.

They had to come back to make an adjustment and did not charge me for that.

I had a really good experience with IDC. Within a hour of purchasing the Daily Deal I got a call from Susanne @ IDC. She setup an appointment for the following Friday. Nathan @ IDC called me when he was on his way to my house. I met him there. He was on time, a little early actually. He quickly fixed the issue and helped me with two other minor issues (the pulleys and twisted spring wire). He diagnosed the problem I was having and didn't just recommend replacing the unit. I felt that they were an honest small business and I would definitely use them again. Great job, great customer service, and kept me informed through the process on when they would be at the house, etc.

I purchased a deal on line and received a call shortly thereafter asking if I was ready to schedule an appointment. I requested a specific window for advanced notice of arrival and timing was perfect. Nathan reviewed my door and we discussed what he was going to do. Job was one very quickly and efficiently . Door now operates better and with a little less noise. I was not pushed into a motor replacement at all and was given pretty good advice for when I am ready to do so. I am sure that I will use IDC for the replacement when I'm ready.

When I bought the coupon, I thought I would have to set up the appointment by calling them (which is usually the case)....but I got a phone call the next day from this company, ready to set it up..and since they were already in my area, they were able to come out the same day. I thought this was amazing! The guy was really cool..told me the condition of my door, how often to get it checked out, fixed all the little squeaks and bangs I've heard when it opens...and it didn't take long at all. Highly recommend this company.

Suzanne was very pleasant in setting up the appointment. Nathan showed up at the time we scheduled and was quite efficient in getting the work done. He was good at explaining the mechanics and what to watch for to assure proper maintenance of the door. I appreciated his attention to detail in checking and adjusting the safety settings after completing the maintenance work.

It was a great experience. He was here and gone in less than hour. Really seems to know what he is doing. Found out he had replaced the garage door of one of my neighbors a few months ago.

I found IDC Garage Door on the C.H.I. web site after I had chosen the door I wanted; IDC Garage Door was listed as an authorized installer. I called IDC and talked to Susanne, who quoted me a price for the door and made an appointment for Nathan to come see the project. Nathan came, took a look at the installation site, and quoted me on the labor to prepare the opening. I prepaid for the opener (which was on special). I then had to apply for a Certificate of Appropriateness with the local historic preservation commission. Once I had my hearing and received my approval, I called Susanne again. She took a 50% deposit on the door and ordered it. Less than a week later, Nathan came out and installed it. Once he had installed it, he showed my wife how to operate it. The project was very straightforward overall, and IDC did a great job on it. They were friendly, easy to work with, prompt, and professional.

Susannne answered the phone and was very quick in setting up a time that worked well with our busy day. Nathan came out the same day we call his office, he gave a fair price and did great work!! Nathan was very easy to talk with, he answered all of my questions. The door was installed the same week. I would use them again and recommend them to any of my friends that are looking for garage door services.
