IDC was absolutely the best to work with from coming out promptly for estimate to completion of work. Susanne was very helpful and timely in answering my many questions (even from her vacation). The installers (I apologize for being terrible at remembering names) were very knowledgeable and competent and completed the installation without problem! The new door and opener are working perfectly and are so much quieter and more energy efficient than my old one. And as an added bonus, IDC’s pricing was less than my other two quotes! I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need another door!

Fantastic communication! My garage Door would not open and within a few minutes the real problem was diagnosed, a solution chosen from alternatives, and parts picked up before the service call! Not only did she answer the phone, but she worked with her team to schedule my repair for early the next morning. The repair was complete before other companies even called me back. I called Suzanne and she was able to get someone out to inspect the same day, while i was at work. The gearbox had died, and they priced out the options of replacing the gear box or the whole unit. Had the unit replaced that afternoon. Very friendly and kept me up to date with status. Would definitely use them again.

Glenn picked it up the next day, and I decided to go ahead and have him install it that day as well. Super fast service, and very professional. I have used IDC Garage Door for several years. They are always professional and courteous. Greg came out and looked at our garage door and found that we needed a new motor or a replacement. He gave me both options. We decided to have it replaced, and he was able to come back later that afternoon to do the work. Great customer service!

After sending away another vendor from our house after their price was high. I was happy to speak with IDC and receive the lowest quote, same day service and no salesman upselling on additional products. The work was performed quickly and professionally. My only compliant is there was no mention, until it was time to pay, that there would be a 3% charge if I wanted to use credit card for payment vs. check.

IDC Garage Door furnished and installed 2 Door Link #3690 9 foot x 7 foot low headroom garage doors and Lift Master #8355W openers for us in May of 2017. They removed two manual Overhead Doors that were installed in our house when it was built in 1981. I had a total of 4 highly-rated companies bid on this project and although IDC was slightly more expensive than the lowest bidder, I selected them to do the work due to their personalized service and personal follow-up and prompt responses to the numerous questions that I had regarding the doors and openers that they were proposing. Susanne was amazing and her very personal service (answering my questions by both telephone and e-mail) and her knowledge, pro-active concern, and care about our project were instrumental in our selection of IDC to provide and install the doors and openers. Some of the “larger” companies that we had received proposals from were difficult to get ahold of and were not always timely in response to our questions, phone calls, and e-mails. Greg was fantastic in the analysis of what would be required to deal with our “low headroom” situation (we have a bedroom and bathroom directly above the garage with both HVAC ductwork and a drain pipe directly above the garage doors) and his installation of the doors and openers was completed on time and very professionally. We are very pleased with our new garage doors and openers and I would certainly recommend that you contact IDC Garage Door, LLC for any of your future door and/or opener needs.

Excellent. They were on time, did a very good job and cleaned everything after they have finished. We installed insulated doors with windows. We are very happy with the result.

The gentleman was quite efficient, complete the whole process in approximately 30 minutes.
