The repairman came promptly and quickly identified our problem. It was just an adjustment to the sensors and the garage door (one) was repaired. He then proceeded to adjust the door, replace rollers and make it just like new. He could have easily just cleaned the door sensor and that would have corrected the problem but he did all the maintenance as well. Great job!

I was very pleased with the service that Nathan Webb gave. He went beyond what I expected him to do, and was very helpful in all aspects. I would definitely call IDC again for any future service of my garage door.

The technician arrived on time and outlined his plans for the job, which included replacing the rollers and checking on the motor and springs. His work was quick and very thorough. For a fixed price, he replaced a number of damaged rollers, lubricated springs and other parts, and inspected the motor and drive chain. At the end, he reported that we should expect at least five years of service before the door needs another check.

This was my 3rd company to look at the problem but the first one to figure out the problem was with my remote and not the door itself. What a relief to have a diagnosis.

This was a good deal. The worker was right on time and very courteous. He was very efficient. We discussed the difference between a chain and belt garage door opener. We discussed the pricing of replacing the door if need. I will definitely call them again if I need the opener or door replaced.

Very pleased and would use again. Purchased the garage door tune up and keyless pad opener. Arrived on time, did the work quickly and did it well. Pointed out a few add'l repairs that could be needed, but wasn't pushy. One spring was in bad shape, but said I could probably get another 6-9 months out of it and to just call him then if I wanted. Also had one garage door that was about to shake off the rails, super loud, and he said a new set of rollers ($40) would fix it. It absolutely fixed it and the door is quiet as can be.

On the day of service IDC Garage Door called me about 10am to confirm the timing of my appointment and to make sure that time was still fine for me. Nathan arrived at 1 pm. It is always nice when an appointment window is not 4 to 6 hours or more and even when it is as small as 2 hours they arrive not even halfway into the appointment window. He was exceptionally professional and courteous when he arrived. We discussed what was to be done for a few minutes and he went to work. I noticed his truck was extremely organized as he unloaded two tool boxes onto a small hand truck which he rolled into the garage and started work. Shortly later he was done and explained to me what he had done and anything that I should do going forward in the area of routine maintenance on the door. The door was so much smoother and less noisy traveling up and down it was amazing. Extremely happy Nathan and IDC Garage Door. Will not hesitate to call on him for anything needed here in the future. Absolutely would refer this company to anyone in need of any type of work on a garage door.

. One of our garage door springs broke. So I called IDC. They were able to schedule an appt for the next afternoon. The day of the appt, I was called several times with updates on when he was going to be able to be there. I really appreciated the information. It really helped me plan my day to know when to be home to meet him. Once he arrived, he offered to give me a discount on the springs plus honor an Angie's List special on an inspection plus new rollers for a low price. He called me out during the repair to give me an update on the garage door and what he found in the inspection, giving me details of everything he saw. He then quickly finished with the repair and the new rollers. I had called another garage door company and their quote was higher just for the spring, let alone the new rollers and inspection. I would highly recommend IDC and will use them again if and when I need more work done on my garage door.

Called them to replace the spring of the garage door, came in on time. Since I am not at home, the service person called me and told me to the some rollers are broken. He told me that he usually charge certain amount and would give me discount since he was on site. I cannot verify the fact, but agreed the price. To be part of the service, the service person tuned up the system. However, two days later, my garage door could not open. It was not the problem of spring or rollers, but a screw was off. I would think that the service person should come back to fix it without charge since he just tuned up the system. I called the company and provided very detail pictures for the part where the screw was off. Later the service person called me back and they would charge me around $80 to fix it. As the same trick, he told me that he gave me the discount because of he came here before. I decided to go to Home Depot and bought a screw and fixed it in less than 5 min. It cost me less than $5. I started to doubt his professionalism. I would remind people to think twice if they were offered some sort of discount comparing normally he would charge.

. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. The worker arrived and introduced himself and explained how he would replace the door rollers and oil the door to make it much quieter, He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the door to keep it from sticking. I noticed a big difference in the performance of the door when he finished. He had me open and close the door several times to make sure I was satisfied with the work. There was no pressure to pay any more than the listed price of $69. I told him I would certainly use their company again in the future.

overall work quality, speed is good

I was called that same day for the Angie's Deal and scheduled the service the following week. Nathan came right on time and I discussed with him what I was looking for. My second garage door had not been working and we got our house inspected (foreclosure) the inspector said it was basically non operational. Nathan came in, saw the issue was very small and fixed the garage door in seconds. He also put new bearings on each door and oiled it up. Our lights had also burned out so he replaced those as well. On the second garage we also had a problem with our cold cameras. Unfortunately Nathan didn't have the correct cameras to install, but he gave me a price for new cameras and a remote. I went out and looked up exactly what I needed for my Genie and just bought the cameras and remote at Home Depot for about $60. I think Nathan quoted around $100-150. It was an easy fix for me, but I appreciated the input Nathan gave. I will definitely be calling Nathan and IDC when it comes time to replace the Garage Motors and Doors.

I was impressed with the fact they called me with in a few hours of buying this deal and asked me when I needed service. This was Tuesday. Nathan was at my house Thursday morning. Nathan was very friendly and allowed me to explain the issues with the doors. He had an good explanation of what he was going to do to fix each issue and did it very quickly. Overall, I really appreciate the level of service and work I received and will definitely recommend IDC.

IDC Garage Door were good. They were pleasant guys. They seemed to be very professional. I think they did a good job.

Excellent job on both visits

Overall, it went well. I was pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. My only disappointment was that they only gave me credit toward the work of what I has originally spent for the reconditioning special. By doing so, I ended up not getting a discount at all - which is why they got my business to begin with. I didn't complain about it, but felt the more professional approach would have been to credit me the stated value of what I had originally purchase, thus still realizing the same discount.

We purchased the Garage Door Reconditioning and Roller Replacement for $89. They called the day after we purchased the deal to follow-up, even though our appt. wasn't scheduled until a month out (probably because there were so many deals purchased). The month wait was the only downside of the whole thing. Once they arrived on our scheduled date, everything was great. We had an existing problem with our door not always closing in cold weather. They adjusted it for us so it works. And they gave us competitive pricing for a replacement door (which we will need within the next year). Great customer service and very professional.

We were very pleased with Nathan's work. The company was very responsive, personable and knowledgeable. Lucky for us, the springs broke after we set up the appointment but before Nathan came out; therefore, our problems were detected in one visit. The new springs were $199.00. The new rollers and lubrication have made a very quiet door lifting!

Nathan of IDC arrived in late afternoon and did not take very long to repair my garage door. He was knowledgeaable and pleasant and answered any questions I asked. I also found Suzanne in the IDC office to be knowledgeable and pleasant.

Very well. Nathan was very patient in answering my questions as a new homeowner about garage doors and told me how to look at the springs and see if they were good or if they were going to break soon, explained some safety features and in general the mechanics of a garage door. He also installed a new keypad for the garage door and programmed a remote.

Nathan came on time and completed the job quickly. He walked me through the steps he was going to do for us. He was honest and informative about our current Garage doors. Pointed out a few areas that could eventually break but did try and sell us on replacing those until they give out. I will definitely use IDC Garage Doors in the future and highly recomend them.
