He sprayed some lubricant and adjusted a screw. He did install a keyless entry pad as advertised, however, he wouldn't have been here for 15 minutes if he didn't stop to chat. It just wasn't worth the $89.

Professional, prepared, competent. Immediately noticed the operational smoothness of the door after he had services and applied the lubricants. Will do this annually.

It went very well. He came and installed it. Looked at our garage door and said that they would be able to service it at some point, but never pushed the issue so we will surely call them. Also, they suggested we get a universal opener online. It was a very good experience overall!

I purchased a big deal coupon to tune up my garage doors. Nathan came on time and handed me his business card. He then proceeded to tune up my 2 garage doors and did some additional work to replace a broken spring (for an additional cost). He is very professional and works very quick, he also gives some tips in how to properly maintain the garage doors. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again.

It went great. The repairman (sorry, can't remember his name) lubricated both doors and replaced the rollers on just one door (which was part of the deal). He opened and closed both doors to show me how they were working, and I notice that the door that had new rollers was quite a bit quieter. I then had him replace the rollers on the other door. I also had questions about the door maintenance and the life span of the rollers as well as the springs, which he patiently answered. I will definitely use this company in the future.

They are fine. I neither have a bad comment nor good comment. They are average. I don't have any bad to say. There is nothing that was outstanding like vow I have got to use them again.

My Garage door had not been lifting up fully and when I saw the ad on Angies list for a tune-up I was ready for this problem to be solved. Suzanne from IDC was very professional getting me a scheduled service and I was very pleased with her ability to work Nathan into my busy schedule. I met Nathan at my home and he was fantastic, helpful and really a pro. He was very confident in his abilities and fixed my garage door in 20 minutes. I wish I had called 4 years ago! I then started talking to Nathan and he is the owner of the business, out in the field every day making clients very happy. IDC was fantastic.

I ordered the special for door maintenance and the optional remote key pad installation. I received and email the same day asking when I would like to schedule an appointment. The office was prompt to schedule and follow up with confirmation. Nathan came out on time and gave me a full run down on the door. There are some potential future issues that he brought to my attention but never tried to up sell me as he said they could be addressed in the future when they became a problem. The door is a lot quieter now and the keypad has proved to be extremely useful. IDC is trualy a class act and not only would I recommend them, but I would call on them again for maintenance on my garage door.

I'd had my garage door serviced by a major local company in June. A week later it was back to the same problem. The door would go up or down part way, then stop. Usually it would work correctly after clicking again, but sometimes it would stop again. When I saw the Angie's List offer for IDC, I decided to buy it, trusting Angie's List to promote good companies. The technician arrived on time, the company having contacted me to verify the appointment, and to let me know he was on his way to me. He was very professional, asked me describe the problem, and knew exactly how to fix it. After completing the job, he gave me a few tips on door maintenance. The new rollers he installed have reduced the noise the door makes going up and down, and the door has not stopped mid-trip since being serviced. I am completely happy with the work done, and will definitely call IDC in the future.

They were easy to schedule an appointment with, punctual, and gave me options. I was amazed at how much quieter my garage door is now that they changed the rollers. They were very honest too. I will certainly use them the next time I have an issue with my garage.

Nathan arrived on time with a call saying he was on his way. Performed the service & installation and gave me some pointers to watch for regarding wear and tear on the doors. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I had requested. I have put their information in my Contacts for future reference. This was the best Garage Door Service Call I've had in a long long time.

Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism of Susanne (Nathan's wife) as the receptionist and Nathan as the tech who came to my home (he's also the owner) in my interaction with him, and would likely use them again. Nathan did the job he said he would in replacing the wheel bearings and giving me his diagnosis. I realize a service call alone would cost that if not more. However, I'd be lying if I didn't say that I was a little disappointed in general that $89 later I still have a noisy garage door, even if I understand the reason why. Despite all of that, when/if I do install a new motor, I'd call IDC Garage Door.

I needed both new nylon rollers and an outside keypad. The IDC guy arrived promptly, scoped out the job and took care of both needs quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. I am a totally satisfied customer.

Dealing with IDC garage door, LLC was a perfect in-home repair experience. I received an email shortly after I placed my order on Angie's list Letting me know that the order had been received and would I like to make an appointment. Next, I received a phone call from Suzanne who was courteous and let me know the time that there service agent would be at my home. I received another call a couple of hours before Nathan was to arrive. He arrived on time and it was obvious to me that he was experienced and could solve my door opener issue. Now here's the best part, Nathan did not try to up-sell me. it was quite the opposite because he did some tests and told me that I did not need to order the new keypad... that the one I had was still working but that there was a short on the board in my genie door opener. he further explained that I could save some money by simply purchasing a Genie wireless remote that could be mounted near the opener which was not functioning properly. I accepted the change out of the track wheels instead of the pad. They were installed quickly and now my door opens and closes much more quietly than it did before he arrived. I can only add that Nathan was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I will definitely call on IDC Garage Door for my future garage door needs and will mention this good experience to my neighbors. I used IDC in December 2012 because I had an Angie's List Deal for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. That service went great and I was so impressed with them that I just called again today because last night the spring for one of our garage doors suddenly broke. I called this morning and Nathan, the owner, was able to come out this afternoon. He fixed the door and the price was very reasonable, especially since it was a Saturday. He did not charge me extra for this call, even though it was an emergency and weekend call. Nathan also said that he guarantees the springs for life, so I will not have to worry about this repair again. This is a great company with great service. Thanks for the quick and honest service!
