Description of Work: Called to have garage door looked..not closing properly. Had to wait 2 weeks as was scheduled only whwn other service calls in this area. Technition came..very pleasant. Unable to fix remotes and did not sell genie products. Tech did lube springs. Was here 5-10 minutes. Called office and Suzanne advised me to call you guys for refund

Description of Work: A couple of hinges on my garage door had come off the fiberglass panel. I bought an Angie's List big deal for $89.00. Susanne called me to setup an appointment. Nathan arrived within a reasonable time of the agreed time. He advised that I get my garage door replaced because a repair would not last. I told him I needed a couple of days to decide. I called Susanne back to get the door replaced. Nathan had quoted me $897.00 minus the $89.00 that I had already paid for the big deal. I am pleased with the whole experience.

Description of Work: The service I purchased was a garage door tuneup, including a new set of wheels for one door. When they arrived, I asked them to install a new set of wheels on my second garage door as well. I asked - they didn't try to sell me anything. I also told them that in the week before they came, one of my doors was not responding to the remote or to the garage button. They got to the bottom of that in no time, with no additional charge. All the work was done in an incredibly short time, very professionally. The men who did the work, and I wish I could remember their names - sorry, guys - were professional, pleasant, and great to deal with. They left me feeling that they were pros, didn't try to 'strong-arm' me into anything, and were proud of their work. I would easily call them again for any other work I needed done, and I highly recommend them

Description of Work: The IDC Garage Door specialist came to our home to do an $89 "Tune-up" special that I purchased on Angie's List. He was prompt, curteous, and knowledgeble. He got my door back in working order, and answered all of my questions regarging a new door that I hope to purchase in the future. I would sure use them again, and recomend them to others.

Description of Work: Nathan performed maintenance on an old garage door, replacing all rollers and pulleys. The door now works like new.

Description of Work: Hired based on an Angie's list deal of general service, replace garage door wheels suspecting more work needed from some problems door was having. Came on time. Quick and professional in identifying problems. Was able to accomodate my tight schedule. Admitted an error in type of garage door opener needed which delayed the work. Had some re-scheduling challenges but ultimately worked out fine. Unsure if price competetive b/c did not get other quotes but the door is working very well and quietly as promised. Was not comfortable with allowing his assistant to use my bathroom. Should consider taking time to take care of business before hand. Would prefer a few minutes delay in appointment to allow this.
