Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment on a Friday for a technician to come out on Tuesday. ( Their earliest appointment). time was between 4pm to 8pm. I called Amanda the dispatcher at 4pm to confirm my appointment and if the technician would call before he arrived. She assured me he would call and would be there Tuesday evening within the scheduled time. NO CALL NO TECHNICIAN. I called the after hours line and spoke with Gavin who was on call. Told him what happened. He said he would call around to see what technician was in my area and call me back. NO CALL BACK. I warn you, do not call this company no matter what. You will regret it.
