Purchased the Angie's List offer of $95 for $150 worth of service to have the exterior windows of my home cleaned. When they came out to see my home & give me an estimate of the work to be performed, they also gave me an estimate to do the interior windows. I decided to include the interior and I'm so glad I did! My windows are gleaming! Have never seen them so clean and Nick & crew were prompt, courteous, respectful of my home & very professional. I was so happy with the work, I am having them come back to do carpet & upholstery cleaning & pressure washing. 100% satisfied and will definitely use them again for this and other services.

I underestimated number of windows and didn't read details of deal and ended up having to purchase 2 deals ($99 each) to clean the windows on my <1800 foot ranch with sun room. Also, I didn't realize I was outside the service area which incurred an extra charge for first visit. Anyone wanting their windows cleaned may want to get estimate. That said I did agree with the extra charges and was very happy with the service. I thought Robbie and colleagues did a great job and showed up during a difficult time period of predicted freezing rain. After their visit, my windows were pristine and I certainly would use them again. Also, I added to the purchase blowing the pine straw off the roof where Robbie went the exact mile.

They did a great job. Called ahead of time and showed up when they said. We also paid for gutter cleaning, which they did first. We have more than 30 windows, but we wanted to stick to the 30 in the deal, and they were totally okay with that. They didn't count big windows as more than one, either. Our windows have wooden grids attached on the inside. They took them off to do the cleaning and we liked it so much we asked them to not replace them. They offered to take with them the ones we didn't want. We did have to get them to go back over a couple of windows, but even so they were totally professional about it. They didn't complain or push back, just politely went back and made it right. One minor issue -- some of the windows were pretty dirty and as a result there was debris on the floor below them. I would have liked it if they had cleaned up the debris, or at least pointed it out. But they did such a great job overall this wasn't a big deal to us.

Technicare's staff was very helpful from the outset. I signed up for the $99 special offer and they completed all of the work for the price of that quote. I especially appreciated the professional service I received and the immaculate windows I am still enjoying as a result of their work.

Great. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and informed us of steps we could take on our own to help with the stains. Ended up only charging us a fraction of flat fee because it was a small, quick job.

The guys were really good and professional. The deal was up to 40 windows - they did the outside windows - not 40 windows, and I expected them to come inside and clean up to 40 - but they just did the outside and packed up their van. No big deal though. If you purchase the service, make sure they know that you want 40 windows cleaned before they start.

Nick and Clay could not have done a better job! Everything about the experience was perfect, beyond my highest expectations. Recently, I've used a number of companies for various services to get my house ready to sell. Technicare has been the BEST. Nick and Clay arrived early after calling to see if that was OK. They were professional, pleasant, responsive, eager to please, worked hard and amazingly fast, and they did an excellent job. We bought our 1940 house in 1991. We haven't had the windows cleaned in the 25 years since then until now. It's a miracle Nick and Clay managed to make my windows look so beautiful. Based on this experience, I'll use Technicare for all other services they offer, as needed. I trust I'll have a similar outstanding experience and result.

You just never know who'll show up when you buy a service over the Internet. In this case, Technicare showed up ready to work and made sure all was done to our satisfaction before leaving. Good team. Would hire again.
