Technicare Carpet Cleaning

BEWARE! I used them once from Angie's List. Since then they have twice emailed me offers to have my carpet cleaned again. I once called and this time I emailed them back so I would have a written record. I said I wanted to do their offer on having my carpet cleaned. They quoted me a much higher price than the special. I asked why and they said my area was larger. When I asked what size area they covered and I measured it I should have been under but I said I would be happy if they did a smaller area to comply with their special. They kept telling me fine and scheduled me in but then raised the price again before confirming. I said I only wanted the special they offered me. The last email they sent told me they would put me on a waiting list if anyone cancelled and by the way they were going to charge me a fuel charge in addition to the special pricing. This is in addition to the fee they charge for using a credit card they imposed the first time. The bottom line is YOU CAN NOT GET THEIR SPECIAL PRICE!

The young men were very thorough, pleasant, and did a great job. I used them last year and I will use them next year, etc.

They responded quickly to my request for quotes on Angie's List and we set everything up online. Nick arrived promptly and had my carpets looking great in a couple of hours. He took special care on pet stains. I love that they also support animal rescue.

Two man crew showed up on time, looking very professional. They explained the work they would do and how and immediately went to work. They do a through job and quickly. Good job all around.

Technicare was great. I bought a carpet cleaning for my daughter's house because their carpet was really dirty with a small child and a dog running around, and they are expecting another child. I went over to the house after Technicare was there, and I couldn't believe it was the same carpet! My son-in-law said the technician was professional and thorough with everything, applied deodorizer and protectant, and they were very pleased with the result. The carpet dried pretty quick too. I would definitely use them again.

This company was wonderful . Arrived on time and took special care to remove spots caused by my daughters painting and projects . Really professional , left everything neat and gave me good reccommendations for future care. Cannot say enough.

Very well. They cleaned gutters, made sure the downspouts were working and called to report problems with the gutters.

The work went very well. I reached out to Technicare Carpet Cleaning to come back out this year for window cleaning, but the price was higher than I expected. I would purchase a deal from them again if it was similar to the price of the first deal.

We first thought the spots might be from traffic wear, but they weren't consistent and connected. Technicare at first thought the same thing, but once Robert cleaned the areas of concern, the spots came out 100%. When he explained the cleaning process Technicare uses, it became apparent the spots may well have been my own doing from using a spot remover but not neutralizing it after application. The result is a darkening of the "cleaned" area that with professional attention is pretty easily removed. Other services have cleaned our carpets but no one bothered to offer the kind of insight Robert did so that in the future when we need to clean up a stain, we can attempt to do it better with less rebound staining occurring afterwards. We will definitely use Technicare again (hopefully Robert, specifically!) and we won't go as long between cleanings as we typically have. Could not be more pleased.

Excellent results - surprisingly clean - seriously exceeding expectations. We were on the verge of buying new carpet because of the staining, when we decided to try Technicare. Obviously very pleased with results. Cleaning team very pleasant, punctual and were not overwhelmed by the poor state of our carpet.

They came on time and were very polite. Everybody was nice and positive, a pleasure to work with. The price for the chandelier was high tough. I used them in the past for power wash, gutter cleaning and windows cleaning! Great company! I highly recommend them!

Easy to schedule. They called ahead the day of installation to pinpoint the time the tech would arrive. He not only did a thorough job, he also removed another toilet that had been replaced but left behind by the installer from another company. And he repaired a small dripping water issue in the bathroom sink without saying anything. Very professional and very nice as well, which matters a great deal to me.

These guys are incredibly nice, enthusiastic, and I enjoyed hiring a guy with his own small business who's business is growing. I have this cream-colored microfiber couch we bought from Rooms to Go because we just wanted something cheap with a hide-away Serta mattress inside in case we needed it for guests. Our dogs lie on it with us when we watch movies, and over time it has gotten dingy. They came with a truck with a tank and the long fat hose that comes all the way into the house, and they cleaned it. They said the Scotch guarded it also. They talked a lot about doing carpet cleaning, and I need to have that done, but with any upholstery cleaning or carpet cleaning, I like to see results from a given company before I hire them to do more. I know some solutions cleaners use leave something behind and fibers seem to attract more dirt afterwards, and this is what happened. It only took three weeks for it to look as dirty as before. The bonus was getting stuff out and the couch is fresher even with the stuff sitting on the surface now making it look slightly dingy, and that's my priority, especially with dogs. I can't definitively say it's their cleaning solution and not something in the cheap microfiber fabric, but when we bought it, it took much longer to get this dirty-looking compared to after it was cleaned. The couch and cushions were extremely moist, also, and took hours to dry, even with me constantly flipping and turning them. If you're looking for really nice guys (including the owner, Antoine) who will get the dirt out and make upholstery or carpet much safer, especially for allergy-sensitive people, these guys will get the job done, and you'll enjoy talking to them and their enthusiasm for their work. If you're a person who's extremely picky (and I mean definitely more than usual and perfectionistic according to those who know me), then you might want to go with someone with a bit higher-end options.
